What are the primary and accent colors for the Countryside layout?

Hi and thanks for posting. Countryside is #f24747 and #85a76b :)

Hi there! Thank you for your question. This video shows you how to install the demo content http://bellevuetheme.com/2015/08/30/installing-bellevue/ once that is ready, then you can choose the images that you wish to add inside the photos.txt file that is under the demo content folder provided in the zip you downloaded from Themeforest. I hope that helps you :)

Ok, so to get Yaletown I have to install the Bellevue theme and add the pics and change the logo

That’s right. All the demos are virtually the same, just just have different photos. We’ve organized the photos into separate downloads for each theme so they are easy to find. If you have any questions about something that isn’t included, just let us know. We are happy to help.

Hey there, great theme!!. I got couple of questions, I have n rooms of m kind, I want to use single calendar for all of them. Also consider the scenario, where user wants to book 2 or more rooms of same kind or different kind. is it possible with this theme.

Hello and thank you for writing in. Each calendar was designed to handle 1 room at a time. If you wanted to allow multiple rooms using the same calendar you could provide a dropdown in the form builder with different rooms options. You can keep track if internal detail sin the notes area for each calendar date (admin side).

I hope this helps.

Not appear the logos of the payment methods in the footer. www.motelhawaii.com.br/wp

Hi! Thanks for posting your question. If you go into WP Dash / Theme Options / Business Info, you can add your payment options that you offer. :) Let us know if you have any other questions.

Best regards :)

I am having a really strange issue when I upload my logo… For some reason it turns out very grainy and fuzzy. It looks fine on mobile but terrible on desktop. Also, on the theme options logo upload area it looks fine. Only when I view my page it is giving me distortion… Any ideas?

Also, is it possible to have different logo for when the sticky nav appears?

Thanks!

Hi! Yes you can upload two logos, one for transparent header and one for the regular header (solid white background). Sticky header will resize your logo to fit on the smaller menu. There are ways to keep the same size logo for sitcky, we have some css that you can use. Not sure about the fuzziness. Hmmm. If you can create a ticket and then send us a link to your site that would help us help you. Here is our support system, https://themovation.ticksy.com/ – Happy to help :)

I have a pre-sales question. It says you can integrate with WooCommerce to accept payments for a booking. Is it possible to accept a deposit for the booking, and then collect full payment? In other words, I want to accept say 10% upfront for the booking, then bill (invoice/email) the client for the remainder at a specified date leading up to the booking date.

Thanks, Bryan

Hi Bryan, you can setup a product that is 10% of the price of a room per day, then when the user books their stay it will calculate how many days and charge them accordingly. Once they pay you can confirm the room manually through the booking calendar and then you can either setup a new product for the full amount and send them the link or you can use some invoicing plugin for WooCommerce or even something like name your price that allows the user to set the price for the rest of the amount.

I think there are lots of options for you. If you wanted to use a paid plugin for invoicing or naming the price then you can purchase that through their plugin site.

I still thing you can do it with all the tools that come bundled with the theme :)

Do you have a live demo of the woocommerce integration? I don’t see it in your general demo site. We need to be able to accept payment with bookings and would like to see how the booking engine/woocommerce integration works.

Hi Brent! If you check out the demos they should all show you how the woocommerce integration works. http://demo.themovation.com/bellevue/hotel/rooms/signature-suite/#book

Choose your dates, fill out the form then click Book. The add to cart should show up.

Please let us know if this is not working for you.

Thanks for reaching out.

The workflow seems a bit awkward. So people can book….then the add-to-cart is something they could fail to do? How would you handle that? Do you have documentation that goes through the whole workflow? Ideally client would pick dates, confirm and that would add to cart…only after checkout would they have a booking. Will it work this way?

Hi Brent, you can set the booking calendar to auto pending or you can set it to auto book, but yes they send the booking request and then they can pay for it.

The booking system is using a premium plugin called WP Booking System and then I’ve snapped in WooCommerce.

I would imagine most people would set it to auto-pending which sends an automated email to the admin, once they receive this they would check in woocommerce if the deposit or full payment has been made and then follow up accordingly. If no payment has been made they can set the status to open again or set it to booked.

I think what you are asking for is a feature that only sets auto-pending if they have paid for the room, that feature might be possible and I”ll ask the plugin author if that can be implemented. Thanks :)

At this time you can still set auto-pending, have the confirmation email come out and then check for a WooCommerce order status to follow.

How do you get a form with the reservation?

Hi Raph, are you using the booking system or the form builder (formidable)? Thanks :)

Hi! Looks like the form ID might not be included or the form does not exist?

Does your shortcode have form=’1’ , replace the 1 with the ID of your form , looks like this:

[wpbs form=”1”]

You can create forms under ‘WP Booking System’ / Forms

:)

Hi i would like to ask two thinks

A. how if it is possible we can “Enable Automatic Update ” for the Master slider . It says the “Your license is NOT active”and asks for our Envato username , and Master Slider Purchase Code

B. If i use instead of the WpBooking system calendar , another plugin like “Pinpoint Booking System (+WooCommerce)” or the paid one PRO version , will this work smoothly with the theme ?

Thank you Stef

Hi Stef,

A) the Master Slider Plugin will be updated with the latest version of Bellevue (should be out this coming week). We have a new version almost ready and it will have the latest version of Master Slider included in that version.

B) yes you should be able to use pinpoint. we’ve tested it in the content editor but not in the slider. As long as you use it in the Content Editor or anywhere you can use HTML / wysiwyg you should be good to go. Might be best to try the free version first and then upgrade to pro. :)

Is there a way I can add the conversion form in the Page Header? I did not use the Slider as the Header.

Hi Mark, thanks for contacting us about your question. The forms are exclusive to the slider at this time. The page header will strip out the shortcode but I can see about supporting this in a future update.

You can certainly make the slider look identical to the page header, they have most of the same customization settings. :)

Let us know if you need help figuring this out. Happy to work with you.

Would this theme work for tours? Instead of a room type we would use tours, but the tours are only available at select times (example: 1 week in March, 10 days in April, and 1 week in June), and multiple people could sign up for one tour, example: capacity 10 people for one tour slot.

I think what would work better in this scenario, is if you used the theme to setup your tours and then swapped the calendar out with something like Pinpoint booking which works with our theme in the Content Editor Areas. https://wordpress.org/plugins/booking-system/ you can upgrade to pro from within the plugin I believe. I’m not sure it would do everything you want but it is more geared towards something like this. I’ve loaded it in our theme and it looked very nice in the main content editor. I haven’t tested adding it the the slider but looks good in the main areas. :) I Hope that helps you. Also, our theme works well with the Booked Calendar system by BoxyStudio http://codecanyon.net/item/booked-appointment-booking-for-wordpress/9466968

Hello, i need to know is it possible to change the language of the kalendar on the front end to dutch?

Hello and thanks for getting in touch. Yes you can translate the calendar on the frontend. It’s fully localized. Once you purchase give us a shout if you need recommendations on which plugin to use to translate or you can translate using the built in feature for dutch. Thanks! :)

allright ty!

Hello,

We are interested to purchase the Bellevue theme and have some questions.

1. We are a booking agency like Airbnb.com and would like to know if this theme can be adapted for this kind of operation? We hope a member login is available for Us (Admin), Customer (Booking the Villas) & Villa owner (Update Villa availability and associated info). We will invite owners of Villas to list with us and they would signup the property and manage from their member login. Please confirm if this functionality is already included or can be easily adapted?

2. Which payment gateways are currently integrated with the theme? Is Stripe integrated?

Look forward to hearing back asap!

Regards, Shane

Hi Shane, I think the best way to do this is to use WordPress Multi-site which works well with this theme. You can create sub sites like AllBnB.com/villa1 and AllBnB.com/villa2 – then you can create as many sub sites as you want and separate logins. You can also have separate calendars and forms. Then each villa owner can have their own website but you stay as the super admin. We run a multisite on our demo and it works pretty well although not fully tested in in your scenario.

The booking system works with WooCommerce and WooCommerce works with Stripe, there is a plugin for that.

I hope that answers your questions :)

Wow, this theme looks amazing! One question; I see you can add options checkboxes to the booking forms. Can these extras be chargeable and be added to the booking amount? Say Booking deposit + Bed and Breakfast?

We are actively looking into this. :)

Brilliant!!! It’s going to be perfect for what I need! Thank-you!

Hi Chris, thanks again for the questions. Yes it looks like this is possible through product variations but we won’t be able to add this feature for at least a few weeks as we are working on a new product. However, there are add ons and cross sells on WooCommerce already so I think you would be able to make that happen regardless, just not as a checkbox as part of the booking calendar form. I hope this makes sense. :)

Hi there are other plugins (not WPML or poedit) for multilingual site compatible with your template? Thanks

I have already written in support site but if you want I can write here too

That’s good. I’ll check it out there. Thanks!

Hi! I just checked support and didn’t see anything new. Can you email us your support ticket? themovation@gmail.com – Thank you!

Hi, great theme.. booking system looks nice but can I connect this system to booking, expedia, etc??

Hi Juan, the booking system does not sync with Expedia, we are looking to implement a iCal feature soon. Cheers! :)

all works great thanks~

Awesome! Just getting back to you now. Have a great day! :)

Hello! Beautiful theme! I was wondering if your booking system currently supports imported calendars e.g from airbnb, vrbo, etc which are in ical format? That would be very useful in order to synchronize calendars-availability between various platforms and the website. Thanks in advance

Thank you very much. The booking system that comes bundled does not allow importing like this, however we are looking at supporting iCal in the future. The plugin author is aware that this is a requested feature and is interested in providing this. We don’t have an eta yet.

Cheers!

I really like the theme and I would like to buy, but first I want to know if this issue can work together with Visual Composer plugin, and if you think you add in the next feature. F.

Hi Feelsoo, I’ve seen some buyers use VC however we are already using a page builder. We are thinking about adding specific support for VC. Thank you very much for your question :)

Hi, I’m about to buy this template for a small Hotel website I have to do but I need to have some more information:

- Is it possible to make and confirm reservation without a pre-payment or deactivating the payment system?

- Are the forms, home banner text and reservation system completely WPML compatible (translatable)?

For the moment that’s all I need to know, thanks.

Regards, Fery

Hi,

Thank you so much for your quick reply. Still I have 1 more question:

The Hotel website I have to build has only one room photographed since the rest are looking the same and the difference are the specifications: single or double bed, with shower and toilet or only shower in the room.

Knowing this, my idea is to make only one room description page with the photos available and general description and when it comes to the reservation (reservation form), having there the option to choose the room specifications through a dropdown, instead of having one page for each room.

Please tell me if this is possible…

Thanks for your patience, Regards, Fery

Hi! I think I understand and you can use the form that goes with the booking calendar to make a dropdown but you will still enter the reservation manually if you are going to be managing multiple rooms with one calendar. Does that answer your question?

... and what I mean by manually is that the calendar can work automatically for a single room because it’s designed work with a single room or house, but you can use it for multiple rooms, you’ll just have to manage the availability status manually. If you have any questions please let us know. :)
