I purchased your theme in April and the project got put on hold for a while. I started to work on the site in July and noticed their were some issues regarding Woocommerce. Firstly, the product category page would not display the products in columns. Instead, they were being displayed vertically and messy. I received a backend notice that the theme’s template files for Woocommerce were out of date, so I downloaded the theme again, hoping the new version would fix the problem. It didn’t. The “new” version of your theme STILL contained outdated versions of the template files and the products STILL displayed messed up.
I did a little reading in your comments and see I am not the only one who has had issues with outdated files in your theme. So, I went ahead and updated the outdated Woocommerce files myself and added the needed css to fix the product category page. The project was again put on hold per the client’s request. I started working on the project again this month and noticed you came out with a new version. So, I updated the theme again, once again, hopeful for a fix. Instead, this is what happened:
1. I received the error message again about outdated Woocommerce template files.
2. The product page looks is once again messy.
3. The WHOLE home page is upside down! Footer is in header, header is in footer… a complete mess. SEE HERE: http://75.103.79.15/
4. The slider for the home page lost the settings.
This theme has cost me more time than I can afford to give. There is NO excuse to give your customers OUTDATED files. From April to November?! You feel it’s okay to sell customers a theme and not update the files for over 7 months?! The theme description boasts about Woocommerce, and that’s one of the reasons I purchased it. But yet, the Woocommerce layout is horrible. Is this the reason why you don’t show Woocommerce pages in your demo? Now my client is ready for us to move further and I am stuck with a theme that has more issues than Time Magazine. I will be giving you a 1 star rating and will consider changing it to a higher rating when I receive your prompt, efficient response offering an immediate solution. If you choose to auto reply and try sending me to support instead, then the 1 star will be staying whether you resolve it quickly or not and I will then request a refund. It’s up to you.

We are always on a constant look for bug fixes and improvements. From the initial release we have made a lot of fixes, changes and improvements and we are now at version 1.5.5.3.
We cannot assure you our themes are bug-less but we can assure you that we are very dedicated when it comes to fixing them. We are not aware of such bugs in the current version, as no other client reported something similar, nor here or in the customer support area. If your issues are related to the theme and we will fix them with your help, it would be beneficial for us to. We would be happy to pursue your issues and fix them accordingly if you can provide us with login data to investigate.
In the case of the layout problem, I see that you use a child theme. The header might look messy because you are using the header.php from the child theme that uses the old header structure.

I am once again having an issue with your theme regarding Woocommerce. Now the options/variations/attributes no longer show for the products and there is some script that’s looping where the product page becomes unresponsive. I switched to a default theme and everything worked perfectly, like it should. I am requesting an immediate fix, or we will be forced to request a refund and get a theme that works. You have updated to WordPress 4.4, but you haven’t updated the theme also, therefore you are using a Leisure version incompatible with WP 4.4. Also, please update the included plugins to the current version.

Firstly, your theme should not fall apart when a WP update is made until your theme is updated too? What if it was a live, busy site? That makes no sense to me.
Secondly, I did what you said and updated theme and plugins and the problem still exists. When visiting this page, for instance,http://75.103.79.15/product/single-speed-bicycle/ it loops with this message: Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination. But when you close the message, the product appears on the page. And the options for the products no longer show.
I am not speaking through your support platform, because potential buyers of this theme need to see the potential problems they will have if they buy it. Besides, I have seen many comments where people got very frustrated waiting on your support platform for an answer.
I can not possible let my client stay with this theme in good conscience. I will be notifying them to get a refund and choose another solid theme that actually works like it should. Your theme treats Woocommerce like an afterthought and we can’t afford that. The one star rating will remain.

Your past issue and most likely the current one are both related to a new WooCommerce version, that was not yet supported by the theme. Please understand that our products can not be 100% prepared for plugin versions and also WP versions that do not yet exist at the time we create them.
We are very sorry that you are not happy with our product, but we accept that you are entitled to have an opinion on the product you bought. Therefore, we have contacted TF and informed them that we agree to a refund, if you contact them yourself, we can speed up the process. We don’t want unhappy clients.

First I would like to commend the exceptional quality made theme, but I have some problem with editing one of the forms of Ninja Form plugin. In the plugin Ninja Forms under “Form Layout” tab I can change only the order of the elements, but I can’t specify their length (1/2, 1/3. 2/3,…) – the pulldown menu is locked.

Your possible solutions I’ve tested (deactivating all plugins) did not change anything. This page has already been set up and has been for some time in its capacity – I solved the problem with each element in its rank. I thought that this is a simpler solution. Any other suggestions?

When I look at the Leisure demo site on my mobile phone, its looking perfect. But when I look at my own instalation of the Leisure theme, its not showing correctly. Why? I have only changed the slider images (not the size, only changed the images), and I have removed the Reservation line under the slider. Nothing else.

But wanted to confirm with you and if you can also let me know anyone else who’s using your theme with any third party management softwares

We have clients using such plugins, but we can not ensure 100% compatibility with them. The third party software you are using has to be also compatible with the included plugins, like Visual Composer or Revolution Slider. Just to make sure, we advise you to ask the plugin’s developers if they think a conflict could appear between their product and our theme, considering also our included plugins. All the best.
I understand Rev Slider might be a required plugin for the theme to work.
Is the same for Visual Composer as well, is it required for the theme to work?
The theme works without the included plugins, but we strongly recommend using them, for a good design. Visual Composer is pretty important because it is our recommended solution for building the pages. You need Revolution Slider only if you intend to use sliders. Still, please ask the booking plugin’s developers, as they might be familiar with very popular plugins, like VC and Rev Slider. All the best.

1) Can this Theme be able to integrate a 3rd Party Software called “roomMaster” (www.innquest.com) for bookings? My Client currently uses this software for Bookings & Reservations. How does the Bookings currently work on your theme? Is it just an online form type of e-mail or more? I couldn’t tell from the previews. 2) How is this theme & plugins being updated? Via Repository? We don’t have a booking system integrated, the forms send a reservation mail to your email address. We are not familiar with the roomMaster plugin, we advise you to ask the plugin’s developers if it is possible for conflicts to appear.
We have several update methods available (http://docs.curlythemes.com/leisure-wordpress/#how-to-update-the-theme) and you can also use the Envato Toolkit plugin.

You can type in that subtitle in the field Description, when editing a first level Secondary Menu element. If you can’t see the Description field, click on Screen Options, at the top right corner of the screen, to reveal the top panel and check the Description box to add it in the options. All the best.

Yes. The black demo xml is in the demo content folder, inside the Hotel folder. Also, go at Appearance > Customize > Colors > Color Schemes and make sure you have Hotel Dark Mode selected. You will not lose any changes made in the customizer, pages, posts, etc. If you made changes to the theme files and you are not using a child theme, you will lose those changes. In this case, we advise you to use a child theme and the update won’t affect you. All the best.
