Anyway, do you use the quickstart installer file? I recommend you to use this file. it’s much easier and faster for the user especially for those who are new in joomla. this file is something like a clone of this demo site. Because, Installing the template, modules, then components, then setting them up, etc would’ve taken hours or even days.

Well, as you know this eatoreh is available in 2 joomla version, Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 1.6. for your purposes, I suggest you to choose using Joomla 1.5 that has already been supported by powerfull K2 Component. By K2, basically you can create article by automatically thumbnail generated, unlimited child category, you can also define your image’s width. You can also have other images like a galery on each detail item, but you need an extra plugin provided by joomlaworks.gr, it’s commercial plugin as well, it costs around 12 euro. Surely, your user can login and add an article on your website. K2 can provide us this features. but, I’m telling you honestly, before I answer your question, I’ve spent almost 1.5 hours to test this feature. Unfortunately, K2 can only add and save new article, but when I try to add an image for intended article, the insert image button is not function. I don’t know why I still can’t figure it out, we might need to go to K2 community forum. but when I try to go this site http://community.getk2.org/profiles/blog/new (this site uses K2 and has the exactly similar features with your needs) everything runs very well. Add article and images are runnning well there.

So, it’s on your decision whether you’d like to purchase my template now with this condition while trying to find the answer on K2 community forum.

Do you mean the font-type that is used in slider images? I used Font-type Bebas and Myriad pro for those images

Thank you very much for purchasing my theme. And, I think I’ve written about the way of hiding the Cpanel on my documentation. You can using that steps or you just please go to core > etc > layouts > default.xml and then you could delete this line

Thank you very much for purchasing my template. About the slider, I use Ari Image Slider module. To set it, please go to module manager, and find the module which is on slider (J.15) or sliderload (J1.6) position. then you’ll get ARI Image Slider module.

Then you’ll actually only need to define your image path, width and module height, and you don’t need to have thumbnail so you don’t need to define height and width of the thumbnail, but you could consider to have small navigation thumbnail preview. that’s it and hit save.

thank you very much for purchasing my template. After I recheck my manual, I realize that I miss some installation step. And I guess, you’re using Eatoreh for Joomla 1.5, right? Because for Joomla 1.6 it should be easy to find the place to put our username or our new password. For joomla 1.5, it’s little bit different, and surely there is an option to fill/put your administration password. Usually, After DB restoration Completed, you’ll land on Site Setup Step. On this step you’ll have

• Site parameter : you can fill your site name and also site email address, etc
• FTP Options
• Super Administrator settings : you can fill it with your own password on those field

Thank you very much for purchasing my theme, I’m sorry I’m so sad you face this problem. this is the first experience for me, too. But, I will try to help. Well, if you need to recover the admin password. here the steps :

1. please go to Use a MySQL utility such as phpMyAdmin on your server
2. Open the correct database and select the table, jos_users.
3. Click on the “Browse” button. This will show all of the users that are set up for your site.
4. Find your username whose the password you want to change and press the Edit icon for this row
5. A form will display that allows you to edit the password field. Copy the value

   into the password field and press the Go button
6. Log in with your username and password, your password now : secret

Well, I do hope your prediction of losing the password is correct, So the above steps should work well for you.
