How can I turn off the hover effect on the icons in the service section?

For some reason, none of the dummy content would load on this page. I chose to go ahead and build from scratch just thinking it was a glitch, but now I can’t get the color to change and the slider isn’t butting up against the menu bar. Any thoughts or ideas? Otherwise, I’m loving the theme!

It doesn’t work, it said that the folder already exist
This is correct way for theme update from dashboard: deactivate Psychologist theme, activate one of default wp themes, delete Psychologist theme, upload new theme version in dahsboard, activate it. If you already deleted something in cpanel then you have to open it again, find wp installation folder and it’s themes folder and delete theme’s Psychologist folder completely to be able to upload new version.
It seems the event timeline on the homepage is limiting me to only 10 events. Can that be changed? I set the limit to 20 in the page section area. I also noticed that the few that aren’t showing up have no year displayed in the events list.Just shows the month and date.
See in settings/reading/Blog pages show at most and set number 20

Yes, please try to reset permalinks, in documentation there is explanation how to do that. Also please check if the same problem appears on default wp themes.
I have already done this and after this operations permalinks work.Every time i do a post for my blog they stop working.

So that means it is not theme related issue. I recommend you to ask your hosting provider about that. Also try before that switch to default wp theme but also deactivate all plugins, see what happens then.

You have old theme version, please download newest version 1.3.0 and also change old Rt psychologist functions plugin to version 1.4 and Unyson customizations plugin to version 1.1 just download newest theme, delete those old plugins and install new ones that new theme version will recommend and everything will work fine. Thanks.

I Hope that the answer will be negative because i don’t understand why permalinks don’t work if i don’t update the theme.There is the risk of losing all modifications that I have done (they are a lot)without understanding why and this isn’t a good thing.

Of course you won’t lose content if you change theme version. Themes are updating all time, bugs are fixing in new theme version that is why this theme had those versions, to be improved and that is normal. There is recommendation how to do your custom modification. Even in my theme’s documentation it is mentioned – use child theme for your custom modification code! That is must because of these situation and your responsibility.
Now I would recommend you to get to remember where is your custom code and transfer all in child theme (you got one with theme) and then replace your old theme. Now if you can’t remember it there is one solution – to upload ONLY Rt physiotherapy functions plugin from newest theme on your hosting manualy in plugin folder (if you didn’t do modification in that plugin) and use only new plugin not all new theme. Again that is not really great solution but can help. I recommend this because fix for issue you have is in that plugin, not in theme.
Or if you can’t do that then let me know so I will add only code fix for that bug you have in old plugin – but again that is not really great solution because you will stay with old theme version. It can help just temporary but child theme should be used for custom code.
We prefer to upload only the plugin.Can you say us the passages that we have to do to update that plugin?

The events don’t load on the homepage. I see there are events in the admin area but they aren’t displaying. They show up in the calendar view. My homepage code is [events limit=”5” order=”DESC”]. Is there an additional setting I’m not seeing?
Actually after testing it further, the shortcode isn’t working. Events Calendar says you need the Pro version to use shortcodes. Is that correct?
Please check are your events have future dates. Only events with future dates will appear on homepage, passed events won’t .
Not true that pro version is needed, you can use free plugin version with theme.

9. Yes most of the time. There is only code snippets for icons but if you import demo.xml it will already be imported and also that code snippets are explained in documentation. If you really don’t know how to use it you can ask for support about that.
On three seperate occasions while developing with this theme i encountered a strange bug. I installed the theme and loaded the demo content as per the documentation. Sometimes when i would go to load a Page Section on the wordpress dashboard, it would fail to load the content. I would see this content display perfectly fine on the front page, but it would not be in the page section. The first time i encountered this I accidently saved the Page Section and lost the content so i rebuilt it and thought i had just made a mistake.
The second time this happend i was sure something strange was going on. I didn’t not want to rebuild the section and i knew that the content was still in the databse. The following is from the error log, and this was the error that i would get everytime i tried to load the Page Section and it failed to load the content.
The third time this happend the page section was loading the original demo content, which i had already replaced with our content days before this bug appeared. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi, for all future support questions please use messages system. If you still didn’t add your content it is recommended to upload again demo.xml file as sometimes it fails to upload all content. Also this error can be related only to Unyson page builder, not to theme but usually it won’t happen again after demo.xml is imported twice. If you still have problem please send support message. Hi, I suppose you need chat feature with online payment. Unfortunately no, that feature is not included in theme as it is not really common feature for WordPress themes but you can add that features with WordPress plugins.

How do you get old events to show on the timeline? Such as events from 1985 ?
Also we are having a problem where links are not working in the navigation. How do we fix this?
1. Events feature is handled with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ I’m not sure if it supports events with old dates. Please ask plugin author.
2. Please read in documentation how to setup menu. Check if you added links from your site in menu. To check if menu is working – switch to default WP theme and check is it working with it. If it works with default theme and not in Psychologist theme – please ask your support question in private message with all details what exactly doesn’t work. Thank you.

Please open all around slider in your dashoboard and find it’s correct shortcode and add in page-section’s post named testimonials instead of current one which is not correct and cause that error.
there is an issue with plugin The Events Calendar

All Around Slider is now showing up mysql_real_escape_string() errors and I noticed the version with the theme is v1.4.5 but the plugin is at version v1.4.8 and it mentions these Real Escape errors were fixed. Can you provide any support for this, or do we have to wait for an update to the newest plugin. please advise?
well it seems I have a habit of answering my own questions here, the New Plugin is in the Latest version of the Theme, You just need to locate it in the new files and replace the old one out. Whohooooo!

Did you activate page builder plugin? Did you click “Unyson” in dashboard, downloaded “page builder” extension and in it’s settings check all post types where you want it to appear?

Please find slider demo example (with placeholder images) in main-file/sliders-demo/revslider1.zip and upload revslider1.zip as new slider. Photos from theme demo are copyrighted and can’t be sent with theme. You need to use your photos, replace with them placeholders.

Telephone number can be integrated via dashboard. Header (above menu), footer and sidebar in inner pages are widget areas and you can add there any widget you wish, including text widget that can contain text/code you wish (including text for phone).
Google map (map iframe) can be added as embed code anywhere on page using text editor.
