Hello. I love the theme! I have a question and concerns. I’d like to disable a few rows from showing on mobile and tablet. Visual composer usually has an option where I can hide or show rows on mobile. How can I disable a few rows from showing on mobile with your theme? Thank you

Sorry but there is no option to hide any column on mobile in current version of this theme. We will add new option to hide the column and row in our next update. However, you can hide any row or any column by adding extra CSS class as the steps below:
1. Edit the row or column that you’d like to hide on mobile. 2. Add xs-hide to the Extra CSS Class field in the Row Settings window or Column Settings window. 3. Save changes.

Hello there,
we have a problem with our theme, specially with the viewing of the blog items in masonry view. When we define them as “Gallery” the pictures are not visible anymore. Furthermore the navigation changed (from the left, right arrows in the white box, to dots underneath the picture). The navigation changed also in the blog single post view.
We set up a test environment with a plain install, and there it works normally with the arrows and the pictures. Any clue what to do now?

We’re sorry but in the current version of the theme, it can’t play Imgur video in lightbox popup. However, in our next update when you add an Imgur video URL to your post, you can click on media button on your post thumbnail to play this video in the lightbox popup instead of navigating to the post detail page.

There is no setting to disable right click in this theme, you should use the 3rd party plugin instead.

This is a compatibility issue, this plugin added the popup at the bottom of the page so it will display in the wrong position.
Try adding the custom CSS below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content:

We found an issue when using our theme on PHP7. The Visual Composer plugin didn’t work at all when we edit the page with Backend Editor. You should wait until Visual Composer can work without any problem on PHP7.

Try using W3 Total Cache plugin (https://th.wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/) to minify your CSS and JS files, it can also improve your server performance and reduce the download times.

I have installed different cache plugins, even the expensive ones and also have varnish. All images are optimized. Your theme seems to be the slow factor. Is it due the preloader? I don’t want to preload at all to be honest. What can be done? Is the next update change site speed?

You can turn off the Preload Images option in Theme Options -> General -> Preload Images so the page won’t load all images before showing the content, it can also reduce the download times.
I have done that already, seems not te be the issue.
What is the loader actually doing?
The page will display an animated loader until the whole content have been loaded. Also, if you’re working on One Page site, it can take a long time to load the whole content from all pages in the primary menu to display in the frontpage. I bought this great Flora theme, and it has been working wonderfully since. Just a problem when I upgraded Flora theme to latest version using Envato Toolkit’s Automatically update feature. The theme Flora (1.2.0) itself upgraded and worked without issue, but the Slider Revolution (5.1.2) didn’t. I don’t know if it’s compatibility issue or what, but slider just shows up a big blank space in my page. Although preview slider in Admin works just fine.

The Slider Revolution that included in the theme won’t be updated automatically. After you update the theme, if there is an update available for the included plugins, you will see a notification message letting you know the plugins have a new version and need to be updated. Click on Begin updating plugins, you will see the recommended plugins list. If the notification message was dismissed, navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins to see the recommended plugins list.
For more details on how to update the recommended plugins that included in the theme, please follow the instructions in our documentation.
Hi, I forgot to mention, I already updated required plugin. I’m using latest versions now, both Flora (1.2.0) and Slider Revolution (5.1.2).
I even try deleting the plugin and installing it again in Appearance > Install Plugins section. Still doesn’t work. Any idea how to fix it?

The latest version of Revolution Slider plugin that included in this theme is 5.1.2. If it’s the current installed on your site you don’t need to update it. Also, please don’t delete the Revolution Slider plugin from your site before updating it because when you delete this plugin your sliders will be removed too. If you delete it you should import the demo slider from the folder “Demo Content” within the main download package.

Flora theme is latest version, so is Revolution Slider. No problem with the slider because I make sure it lasts and I can add it to my page using Visual Composer.

Seems to narrow the issue down a little bit. My revolution slider shows blank when in One Page mode. When I create new Page and display it separately when not in One Page mode, the slider displays normally.
I’m not sure where the problem lies, on Flora theme One Page mode, or on the slider.
The slider is working fine on our One Page site, see here -> http://wydethemes.com/flora3/ , I suppose it’s an issue with your host since when I visit your site but nothing shows up, I see blank page with loading status in browser title bar.
Also, please deactivate all plugins, if it works that means there is an issue with your installed plugins so you should activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin. Each time you activate a plugin, see your live website.
How Can I ordered the team members? I would like to choose who is first or last. This is possible?
When you edit the team slider element, you can use the Build Query button in Custom Posts option to choose an order option for the output.

Sorry but seems like the order option has been removed from this element, the output will be ordered by Publish Date (DESC) by default so you should change the Publish Date of each member to re-order this item.
Navigate to Team Members section on your dashboard, click on Quick Edit link on each item and then change Date field.

Edit the portfolio grid element and change the Pagination Type option from “Show More Button” to “Hide” or “Infinite Scroll”.
the layout option is set to “Infinite Scroll” but when I click on a filter portfolios am less visible and written show more. How can you remove?

On a fresh install, I just imported Main Demo, which was successful, but the site won’t load. It’s stuck on the preloader. Any suggestions?

I ended up using Wordpress Reset and reinstalling the template, and the site came up successfully. I think my mistake the first time was forgetting to activate the required plugins until after the demo import was done.

Seems like there is a wyde-core folder exists on your host, please remove the folder “wp-content/plugins/wyde-core” from your host via FTP or web file manager and try installing Wyde Core plugin again.

Please add your custom CSS to your child theme to change its styles. If you’d like to edit the PHP code you should copy the PHP file from the flora theme folder and paste it to the same path inside your child theme folder.

Sounds like Visual Composer element templates couldn’t use in child theme so you need to modify the template file in the flora theme folder directly.

I’m having a problem with the theme. On some people’s computers the buttons in the menu seem not to work. They just reload whatever page you are already on which means people are getting stuck on one page.
Also the menu on mobiles has some contact information which i cant find to edit and it doesn’t show all the pages in the menu on mobiles.

It seems to be to do with the internet, if the internet is bad the menu doesn’t load properly. Is there anyway to set that the menu is the first thing to load so people with poor internet don’t get stuck?
Also is there any fix for the contact info in the menu section of mobiles or that only some of the buttons load?
Sorry but the menu on One Page mode requires JavaScript for smoothly scrolling and all JavaScript will be loaded after the whole page content have been loaded that followed WordPress theme development standard.
Regarding the contact info in the menu, it seems to work now and you can edit this info in Theme Options -> Navigation. If you’d like you can send us your site URL so our support can visit your site to investigate this issue and help you out.
