I think I found a bug in the current version. When I scroll down the screen and use the button to take me to the top of the page the button doesn’t go away. It is still usable but it stays on the screen.

I am having a small issue though, both my single post product images and blog featured images are huge, and cause the pictures to be out of focus, I have changed the single post image size to match my clients image size which is 253×380, I then regenerated all the thumbnails but they haven’t changed at all, please help, the site is due to go live. The form “THANK YOU PAGE SCRIPTS” doesn’t accept shortcodes, could you please enable that? It just comes out as text, the shortcode is not interpreted.

When selecting CustomFont in font settings of the theme, the plugin still tries to call Google Fonts API which returns in Error 400.

Hi, I am having trouble to close mobile menu. When I hit mobile menu, it seems you must click on available pages to return to page. You might want to close the menu without clicking on a menu item. Is this the problem only I have got or this how flatsome works now?

Can you please provide me some directions in order to find the .js file for the product image slider, the one in product’s page? I’ve noticed that when I use JS minification, product image slider is not displaying correctly (actually is displaying allright, but when I try to navigate between images then the errors appear). So I want to exclude that JS file from minification.

At the moment, if I create a new shop page and add shortcode for product categories with ID; it will show my chosen IDs and the build in category showing…

I’m trying to change the border color of the Social Icons from the Header. The Header and The Social Icons almost have the same color.

I’ve seen comments from last year saying it will be configurable in future releases. Well, I’ve just downloaded & installed the theme and i don’t see an option for that.

Anyhow, i’ve tried the solutions mentioned before but nothing works. Please guide me how to do it correctly.

I’m having some issues with the Navigation bar categories. It seems to be that there is a bit of limitation as to how many catgories that can be shown on the nav area, which I found it disturbing.

We should be able to show as much categories as we want. but each time I add sub-ca it cut out the other.

Another issues that the size of the footer, they seems to be too big and too bold, most footers on any website are lims and smaller that any other content on the site, but with your theme there is no difference in size.

Is there a way to fix that issues?

Hi, congrats on the fantastic theme. Couple of versions earlier Author field at the bottom of the blog post was able to show HTML as links etc. but now it shows plain code. Is there a way to correct that.
