Hi I have been trying to get rid of the reviews at the bottom of the single product page. I managed to get it off the whole shop page but when I click on a single product it comes up. Please could you help me with this thanks

Do you want to remove the whole tabs or just the reviews? You can manage the shop functionality by going to WooCommerce > Settings and you can select what to enable or disable.

You are using an old version of our theme (2.6) and the latest version for the moment is (2.6.1), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
To set your thumbnail images full go to Laborator > Theme Options and in the Shop Settings in the shop thumbnails size write “original” to get the original size of the image.

Hi, I am trying to change the image source of the Products Carousel from the default 290 X 370 to a larger size (images look a little blurry on default size). I have been looking around in the codes and havent been able to locate what i need to change. Looked in the laborator product carousel shortcodes and other things. Can you tell me how to do this?

HI, Art. Thanks for the reply. The copy im working on right now is on my local machine. Aurum is up to date, and the “problem” (which looks to be how it was planned) occurs mainly when i try to change the Products Carousel from 4-5 columns down to 3 columns so the pictures are large (Some of the built in product features offer a image size selector field). They are still showing up in the default image size of 290×370 and start to lose clarity. I would rather lose a bit of loading speed and have higher res pictures because it is on the Home page. Just was looking to track down where the image source is being called from.
Which file and line etc.

Can you try adding this to the functions.php file of the theme:
add_filter( 'laborator_wc_product_loop_thumb_size', create_function( '', 'return "large";' ) );
This should get the large images and they won’t appear blurry anymore.

This seems more than a Envato Toolkit bug, but can you please go to Envato Toolkit and deactivate this option,
and then try again, that worked for some rare users who had this problem.

Hi, I use the Aurum theme and I bought WooCommerce Currency Switcher. When I uploaded this plugin, it failed as aurum/woocommerce/single-product/price.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.9.

To remove outdated files notification on Aurum follow these steps:
1. Download this file: http://drops.laborator.co/1ciu8+
2. Replace it in this directory:
wp-content/themes/aurum/woocommerce/single-product/
We will update Aurum soon, and those warning will disappear

We are really sorry for that, but this is like cat and mouse game, because themes need to constantly update when they depended from the Wordpress and WooCommerce.
When those plugins made core changes, we need to adapt to make our themes compatible with their changes and support their improvements to include them on our theme too.
The best way to prevent this is to not update those 2 plugins until we release a new update that fully supports them.
As you see we are constantly updating our theme, and this thing is very rare to the theme authors, because a lot of the authors don’t give support and updates after 6 months of that theme debut.

This seems to be an issue with WooCommerce compatibility, because the new WordPress version may have caused it.
This file wp-includes/category-template.php is located within wordpress files thats why I cannot decide where is the issue!
Does theme switching fixes this issue?

To update those plugin to the latest version that we offer for the moment, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version as the Art mentioned on it’s comment.
If any of theme required plugins has released new update after the date that we released Oxygen has been released, we will include the latest version of that plugin in the next update.

Hi, I’m having a problem installing the Aurum theme. I’m not sure what the issue is but every time I try to install the theme into my worpress Its giving me a failure notice page and it keeps on asking me if i want to try again. Can you you please assist me on this process?

Most likely your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme ZIP file to upload. Specifically, PHP is configured to a maximum file upload size limit at 8 megabytes or less. The theme ZIP is about 9.5 megabytes in size. Thus, the web server is rejecting the upload. WordPress is giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme fault or bug.
There two ways to solve this problem.
1— You can either get your web host to increase your PHP limits.
2—You can upload your theme via an FTP client.
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 64M

Dear Author,
I have succesfully installed my Aurum Shopping Theme. When the theme was installed it recommended some Plugins for me, I wanted to install them all but received an error for the following three Plugins:
ACF – Field Type: Repeater: An error occurred while installing ACF – Field Type: Repeater: Destination folder already exists. /var/www/vhosts/54/228071/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-350660/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/acf-repeater/
Layer Slider: An error occurred while installing Layer Slider: Destination folder already exists. /var/www/vhosts/54/228071/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-350660/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/.
Visual Composer: An error occurred while installing Visual Composer: Destination folder already exists. /var/www/vhosts/54/228071/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-350660/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/.
Do you know how I can fix these problems?

To fix this you will need to login into your FTP and go to wp-content/plugins and delete these folders js_composer,LayerSlider and acf-repeater, then when you delete them go to the admin panel and re-install them.
