Thank you for the comment. No, it’s not possible because the message system is saved in theme database and saving cannot be done unless there is a registered username. The message system allows admin to see all messages between users. And the users get to see their messages in user dashboard – inbox.

Thank you for the comment. I am afraid the solution you propose will create another problem. How will users book properties? Because booking is also based on registration. If users can’t login/register anywhere, they can’t send booking requests either. And bookings must be sent by registered users in the theme because we built all booking options around registration.
If you need to be the only one submitting properties, the option that would allow you to use all theme features is to enable membership, set 0 listings for new users, edit your own user/subscriber from admin and add for yourself as many listings as you wish, you submit from front end and the rest login/register just to book your properties and contact you for additional information.

Im sorry i forget to mention for the moment i dont need the booking system… for the moment ill manage all by email requests personally, thats why ill need the solution to install the pluging to get enquires by email.
Therefore the reservation system does not have the option to disable but it this way I raise is as if turned off because no one could logging except me.

So you only need to remove the booking form from all properties, remove the login from all possible options (top bar, widget, shortcode, and favorites). You’ll need to not use favorites either (these are for logged in users as well). You’ll need to remove the contact info that we have now too. All these can be removed (some with css as we don’t have turn off for booking, contact)

I would still suggest to add properties in front end (even if only you have access to the user dashboard). to use the dashboard page for adding manual bookings to properties (and mark the booked dates manually in the calendar of each property) and to add the correct city address with google auto-complete for search functionality. But it shouldn’t be a problem to do this as admin account from front end, as long as only you have access.

Ok perfect!!, no problem with favorites i prefer they are saved in cookies so ill work on it. And of course ill keep using the front end to add properties, is one of the features i like more from your teme.

The only thing I miss in the user dashbord when adding a property is a simple text editor next to the property description field to be able to customize a bit the description of each property… so add it to your long wishlist if possible

We don’t save favorites by cookies though I am afraid. We don’t use cookies in the theme. Hope this is not an issue.
As for your wish, I can’t make any promises. If such an editor exists and it’s easy to add, we will try to find it. But if it’s not an easy solution and can create issues (allowing to add html in front end is a risk for clients who use front end submissions) we will not be able to do much for this wish even though we’d love to be able to make every client wish come true.

Regarding the text editor its only to customize a little the text of the descriptions to be not simply shown as a plaintext… I think if possible many customers may appreciate it but if can create issues of course we have to forget

—> To get the messages from users about new booking requests the properties must be added by a subscriber/owner in front end. If you add in admin by admin, contact will not apply.
—> You can create your own subscriber to add properties in front end – and limit submission for the other users. So only you will add properties. But everyone will have the dashboard with add property, my property.

—> You can disable PayPal, Stripe, but we don’t have the invoice (offline payment) method. We have technical documentation about how our merchants are integrated so you can easily work with a developer to add a new merchant if you wish. What you’re asking for is actually a customization of the item, which unfortunately is not something we can help without spending the time needed to make code changes just for you, which unfortunately we can’t do. S : Noted your ticket reply and now I’m fully understanding your team arrangement, the admin no need to create cities/areas, this depend on Owner to input + auto-complete search from google system, and auto to create the city. this is good idea, hope the next version also upgrade this feature in the “area” field.

Can i list more than one room type per property? Like in the same building i have a studio, 1 bedroom apartment, 2 bedroom apartment and a 3 bedroom apartment.

If you use the default bedrooms field, that can only support numbers. Or you can change the field to text and list the options in there, but then the search wouldn’t apply. If you wish to change the field type from number to text, please let me know. This has to be done in code and we have directions to offer.
Or you don’t use the bedrooms field and add a custom text field to list these options.
Or you use Features and Amenities section to list these options.

Are there other ways that those who want to book can be vetted/validated?
In terms of the owners – do they receive the full payment on booking? I ask as potentially a fictitious owner may list an item which doesn’t exist or do you have that covered.

I fixed the issues- all of my pages had been changed to drafts with the upgrade.

Thank you for the comment. I am afraid we can’t help with this one as custom work or in next release. Next version is already planned and promised to our clients with other features. We also have a list of other features (that take a lot of time) that we need to research and work on also from our clients. All these ideas take time and the suggestion you have is a complex one too, that would also need time.
As custom work we’re fully booked as well. The idea is on the wishlist, but we will have to research on it when our schedule will allow it. Unfortunately we have to stick to a schedule or else we wouldn’t be able to keep the promises that we make.

—> I don’t understand if this means to use google auto-complete or something else. And I understand you wish the map location to be saved automatically. Unfortunately these requests imply actually doing the code in order to tell how to. They are complex changes and we can guide you as a general direction, but we can’t give specific code changes. Hello Anne, first of all congratulations for your supertheme, but we have a few prepurchasing questions:
We need to disable login-registration processes and booking online system… so we assume that will have to customize many code changes made by us, but:
It is possible withou afecting the rest of the system because we would like keep using the userdashbord in terms of add properties, all in one calendar and my properties to manage all properties info for ourself?
Also we need to get inquieres without registration to manage all bookings manually and directly with renters so we would have to implement a third party email solution and add that widget to all properties pages and in the contact page…is that possible?
We would need a favorites system with his own customized page to safe all of them together and with the possibility to enquiere about them in one go or share them with friends but without registration so would need to expand the theme to cookies system… is that possible?
Right now the searcher is working with defaul price but what happens if you work with diferent seasonal prices for the same property… in that case wich one of them we use as a default to make the price slider filter is effective according the search results?
We would need as well to block the mínimum days of stay depending of the peak season and in changeover day so clients can calculate the quote estimation in the booking script… without the online booking request option, only for quote info.
Also would be a most if in next updates custon prices setteld by selected dates are visible automaticaly on the price section of the property page otherway visitors cant see this important info anywere unlees the use by casuality the booking script. Aslo the same with the minimun days required/blocked, visitors should be aware of this important information somewhere and f the system automatically after setteld displays somewhere in the property page much better… if not, manualy is the other option.
And last one, it is possible to remove location filter filds of advanced searcher who are over images/sliders and at the same time adding in their place the slider price filter fild?

Thank you for the comment. I went over your project description and I understand in big lines the changes you need to make. Unfortunately what you wish to have is not in the theme and some of your requests are too complex to be able to answer if it’s possible with custom work without actually working on that. Some could be done with custom development, but you would need to work with an expert developer to know an estimation and cost. It’s too complex to be able to offer more details.
