Hi there, great theme! I have two questions or problems that I am encountering:
- When I use the Sticky Header Navigation the Logo doesn’t scale to the right size. The only way to change it, is to use a much smaller logo for the sticky header but then the resolution is not that good. Can you explain?
- Where can I change the font size of the FAQ section (Accordion)?

Hi,
I tried to modify some css that is located in dynamic.css, but every time I reload the site the modifications are reset to default. And my custom style.css gets overwritten by dynamic.css … So how can I owerwrite some css of dynamic.css? For instance I want to set this values: .body .btn {padding: 11px auto;}

Answered my own question. server-side PHP settings require the theme to be uploaded via FTP and placed in wp-content/themes, template works great, thank you!

Hey there, So I bought this template and it comes with a lot of bugs. I wanted to use the architecture demo, but i cannot remove the suarez logo. I have updated the php versions, the wordpress versions, but the template keeps on running the same errors. Mixing the whole data, and refusing to make any alterations to the header, logo and customization.

Hi, So I’ve been exchanging e-mails back and forth with the support team, but there seems to be no real help with the problems I’m facing. For a simple logo change, I have to go to three different places (never seen something like this before), and there’s no changes when I try to customize anything. No change in colors, no change in logo size, nothing, and the support team isn’t helping solve these matters.
My IT team is reporting serious database mess, whenever I try to make a simple backoffice change, and this has been going on for too long.
I will not be using this template, I need the refund.

2. reinstall it via : admin > dashboard > appearance > install plugin

initially I was very satisfied with the theme. But the implementation of the slider revolution, the responsive design and the woocommerce implementation are not well done. There are several bugs and problems and the support is slow in response to questions.

Ok, so two hours ago the support for this team screwed up my website with a fatal error.
I gave them FTP-access and by now the site is still with this fatal error message. The theme is fine as long as you don’t need support, but the support is a desaster… SO FINALLY
DO NOT BUY THIS THEME UNTIL THEY FIX THE SUPPORT!!!

Hi there, just noticed that adding a value to ‘Row ID’ in Visual Composer to a row does have no effect. No ‘id’ attribute is added to the element. Any ideas what is going on?

Just saw that this is not supposed to add an id to the element. Anyway, i did try to get that work by adding the following to the functions.php with no luck.

Hi, thanks for your proposal, but i am working on a local dev environment with a virtual box right now, so this is not an option at the moment. Anyway i already fixed the problem with the row id’s, but there is something else bothering me. Whenever i request a different page there is a white rectangle flickering in the top left corner. Looks like a div which will get set to display: none. This is kind of annoying. Any idea what this could be? Might this be a widget i am not using at the moment ?

I did what you said, IT DOEST NOT WORK, BEFORE YOU SELL THEMES TEST YOUR OWN CODE.
I had to modify your code by adding custom CSS. Your main logo on the corporate 4 page is not changing when you change the logo on the suarez menu. Would it be so hard for you to try your own product?

When i upload the demo content it fails. I have tried the answers you have given to other users and it didnt work.

I have modified the php.ini to increase the memory limit so now I can upload or import the content (http://i.imgur.com/YkaPUq6.png). But after this it asks me to import it again, so I can never select the corporate 4 theme that I want. Please help.
Ok I have fixed the previous problem by going to settings – reading – selecting coporate 4. But now I cant see the main logo on the landing page (http://imgur.com/1OcPPxk)

Hi , my client have bought this theme. I have installed it on her website via ftp, however when I’ve uploaded the demo content some of the files failed to upload and I was not able to access the page section on the dashboard. Then when I’ve tried to load the website, the logo is the only one appearing, same as when I load the posts. Hope you can help me fix this problem. I have deleted the theme on the site but I’ve retained the demo contents and the reccommended plugins installed. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

Hi, i just noticed that changing the “Main Menu Font Hover Color”, which according to your description should control
the main menu hover, hover border & dropdown border color
, does have no effect on the menu. Same problem occurs while trying to change the “Main Menu Font Color – First Level”. Am i missing something here ? Changing the menu font size works as expected.
