Our site is not really responsive. Parts of the homepage are – subpages are def not. As in the text gets cut off. it does not load on safari, ipad at all. It loads weird on iphone? Android is good. Chrome is good. we need immediate help. Thanks

I have purchased this theme. It does NOT load on Ipad. It is NOT compatible with Safari. It also isn’t even responsive in general. The homepage seems to be responsive and then sub-pages are cut-off on sides on mobile. Can someone help us, we are taking the site down after close to 100 hours of dev work and now we are putting our old site back up because of all of the errors? Please help us immediately.

That is the default spacing for pages without a featured header. You can remove that space in 2 different ways:
1) Add a vertical spacer inside the row with a value of -60 (minus sixty);
2) Add the following CSS code under Fount Options>Custom Scripts>Custom CSS:#main.untitled_main {margin-top:0px;}

Hello, i’ve just updated the theme and my website: ‘www.dwa-architects.co.uk/bypass’ seems to have dropped most of the fonts/text. At first we thought it was a problem with Visual Composer, but from reading the other comments, this isn’t needed, so have now deleted this plugin. Also, the first screen seems to be taking very long to load – which it also didn’t do before the update. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins – and the problem of slow loading and missing text resolves itself when the ‘fount-framework plugin’ is deactivated. However, we obviously can’t use the site without the framework – i’ve tried deleting this and reinstalling….
Any ideas?

When I deactive the plugin you can see my site. If I type the full address of the other pages ex (http://crenshawandpurvis.com/blog/) these pages display.

That situation does not seem to be related with the plugin. Please turn OFF any plugins that are not included with our theme and try again. Try also activating one of the default WordPress Themes to see if that error happens only when this particular theme is active.

After receiving the login details we noticed that you were running an old version of Visual Composer when the theme was being activated. We removed that version and installed the one that is provided with the theme and everything seems to be fine now.
