How do I enable cart and search function with the 4th header type?
when i click on a different product option when in the single product page it crashes firefox. The whole screen goes black and i can’t click anything… this is the page: https://vimanasjewellery.com/product/raven-necklace/

Hello. I’m having a problem with the Aurum theme. Once I select the 4th header type (the one with the centered logo, and menu options centered beneath), the cart and search icons disappear.
Is there a way to use the 4th header type and also have the cart and search icons appear?

1. After replacing files from this folder wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/lib/visual-composer/laborator-shortcodes/ Pages-> The Visual composer showing some text in between the blocks New Replaced file given by theme developer : http://drops.laborator.co/19uUa+ 2. Left Side of shop page: The widgets like search box, Categories, Cart and filter not showing Here is site link: http://ladylykme.com/?product_cat=ladies and here is Beta server : http://sysweave.net/beta/llkm-new/product-category/ladies/ 3. We have set the payment methonds and shipping methods, but when we are checking out, it says ‘Invalid Shipping’ Method.
We just need to start our business with the awesome website. Thanks for all the help.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
Also please update all your plugins and your Wordpress to the latest version.

Hey there, I have been having issues with the product zoom function on the single product page. Originally I had it set up manually to zoom over the image before Aurum officially started having support for Zooming over image ( at least this is what i remember ). Now after pouring over my files and looking for how this is being called I am stumped. I had it set up to zoom the product over the product image and not off to the right of it. This is now causing some issues and making for funky zooms.
Visit the site here and you can see after mousing of the image a bit that there are two different zooms being called. I was hoping you could help me figure it out.

OMG, Ylli. I am sorry I am such an idiot and for taking up your time. The reason I couldnt find the problem in the code was that it wasnt there…. It was a plugin I had installed months ago. Will be buying another copy of Aurum and hopefully not wasting your time anymore!
PRE-SALE question: Setting up a clothing store. Can I set up a promo bar under the nav menu with this theme? Is there an option for that with the builder? Also, in the single product page, would I be able to add a section where I can have the customer see all the items shown in the product image (i.e. skirt, shoes, etc.) to potentially buy?
Also, do you have animated images?

I have this website I’m developing: http://saboressaberesbb.polidesignstudio.com/I have the WooCommerce and the WPML installed and active. Meanwhile in the backoffice, when i add one product category, it is added but when i refresh the page, the category i recently added, disapears.
In the products page, the categories i recently added, are not shown.
Meanwhile, when i disable WPML, the categories work fine.
How can i solve this issue?

ok – so how do i know when there is an update? – most other themes update themselves via the WP-admin

When the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.
Then you can update your theme through Envato Toolkit Plugin (learn how)

That option is not for this setting, that option is for the shop page, so when you hover the images the options will apply.
To remove zooming please just go to your Wordpress Dashboard > Laborator > Theme Options > Shop Settings > Image Magnifier > and click Disable.
That’s it =)

Allright, but when I set that to disabled. It is still not working. Also when I take a look in the code, I don’t see a if/else with the variable from that setting.

Also don’t forget to update your Wordpress to the latest version (4.4) if you haven’t updated it until now.
Then check if your problem is solved, if not then please can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If not, then please reply to this thread again and we will check this problem again

Hello, update WooCommerce 2.4.12 are broken and templates, the products give error ‘Warning: array_map (): Argument No. 2 Should be an array in’. How can we fix this?
So sorry, but I think I found an error or bug. I have an unusual client who has asked me to set all product variations at 1 in stock for each. If you go to any product and click on any size you will see the Add To Basket button appear. Also the amount of stock to purchase appears. Increase the number of stock to “2” then click Add To Basket. The View Basket button appears, click it and it will redirect you to the empty Cart page, which it shouldn’t do. On the empty Cart page click the link to go back to the shop page. The shop page has the error on the top of the page saying that you cannot add that much stock as there is only 1 in stock. This seems to me to be a bug. Could you check it out and confirm.
