Nectar I am trying to figure out the best way to update the theme. Do you have to have a child theme to update the theme? Currently I am disabling the theme and then re downloading X from the Word press panel. I am not interested in changing the CSS of the theme your features seem to do just fine but would you recommending a child theme anyways?
Nectar, I am having serious trouble with using the chrome browser. The issue is nearly every time I make a change and update a page I am working on, the site resolves into a sitemap of the site and or will not load the full webpage. I checked and it is not local, my client is using a chromebook and he is also having problems accessing the site. It feels like its a time out or something. I tried updating the theme but now its not even coming up on safari or on my cell . This is pretty serious. Please help.

when you’re experiencing this loading issue have you checked the browser console to check for errors that are reported? It looks like the server is failing to load the css/js

Hi, I am unable to setup HTML5 Canvas Background. When I click Add/Edit Images, nothing happens. I tried to disable all plugins but it didn’t help. I also tried different browser but with no effect. Do you have any idea waht might be causing this behavior? Thanks.

Okay so you may notice I added another line of css to re-correct the css you gave me that was messing with this page. But the issue is still there. The css you gave before fixed the same alignment issue but on variable product pages that also have the amount selector box as seen here: http://www.paxtontravel.co/adventure/international-slumber-party/ But that css made the amount selector and add to cart button on the Kyoto Travel Poster page mis aligned. So again, you’ll see I tried to fix the kyoto’s button but that messed up the alignment on the previously fixed slumber party page. Css to fix both alignment issue would be wonderful.

Do you see the button on the right side that pops out the side bar? The plugin developer said I need to disable custom scroll to get that side bar to scroll.
Are you able to see what I’m talking about? The sidebar won’t scroll in firefox for some reason when open. It works with other themes just not this one. The author of the plugin told me to ask you how I disable custom scroll on here when the sidebar is opened.
Also, this is a very critical issue is there any way I can get more than one response per 24hours in help?
I responded within 10 minutes last time and you just ignore it.

Hope this is my last question, Almost there withe the website!
1) For some reason the product price font size is unusually large as compared to the rest to the product page text font. Tried every option under typography but to no avail.
2) Also the spacing between the product heading and the price in a mobile view is unusually high.
3) Same spacing scenario repeats for the upsell product where the spacing above and below the product is a bit high in both desktop & mobile view.

Hey, It seems there could be an issue with the alignment of the overlaid titles of a portfolio (inside a page). > If the row containing the portfolio is centered (checkbox Centered Content Alignment) the titles are no more centered inside the portfolio .
Not a big deal but that might be something to check for a future update.

You guys just helped me fixing a gap to the left on layer slider at anizeen.com, I see another similar issue on the desktop version.
In the next post section that appears at the end of any post and shows the header image as background, if the window is not maximized, there is such gap to the left.

Need Urgent help. I am on wp 4.4, Salient 6.1.72 and I have installed the lastest WPML plugins. as soon as I activate the WPML media plugin, I get blank pages in admin for themes, plugins and maybe more (which I do not know yet). All works fine if I disable the theme and use any other wp standard theme. I really need to fix that very fast. I am translating the website and I can not do it with blank pages in my admin.
