Please make sure you have Yoast Seo active as the theme doesn’t handle open graphs and check your page source and see if the og: meta are added properly. Also you can use fb debugger to check your articles and fetch new scrape to refresh them.

From this area you can enable/disable social share buttons for your articles. If you have issues with sharing your articles we suggest to use Yoast Seo plugin(we use it also on our demo) and activate the meta data – http://screencast.com/t/QOzGK4rMR then check the page source and see if og meta are added properly.

Hi,

The theme doesn’t affect the post content images and this should not happen if you have set this up right. Please check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache an purge your files if you use CDN and see if the issue is still there. Also you can check this using a default theme to see if you still have this issue. Let us know how it works!

1. The theme blocks have been designed for wp ’post’ post types and they don’t support custom post types by default and this is not so easy to implement, it is not just a parameter name to change or something like this. I suggest to hire a professional developer to do this for you from sites like – http://studio.envato.com/ as the time doesn’t allow us to provide custom services.

2. Unfortunately we haven’t tested the theme with the WP Robot plugin functionality so I can’t provide and accurate answer on this. However if you want to don’t display featured image on the post you can use post template 7 – http://screencast.com/t/ckPYgY0av or disable featured image from panel – http://screencast.com/t/BUbqq9uQ8Veu but this will remove the image for all your posts.

We had similar reports from users, but the themes are reviewed by envato and if it is accepted we cannot do anything. The best thing we can do is to work hard to improve our themes and offer a good support to satisfy our clients expectations.

Hi,

Unfortunately in this case with blocks that use small thumbnails on desktop, also on mobile device are used the same thumbnails, but is used css to stretch them to the full width of device. The developers took this decision to improve loading speed and avoid creating an exaggerated number of thumbnails. You can alter the code to change this to have a quality image , but it will need also css adjustments for it to work and this is not so easy to do if you don’t have basic experience.
