Hello, I downloaded the theme yesterday ( I use Wampserver ) and when I want to upload it into wordpress I see the message : “Are you sure you want to do this? ” and then “try again”. I try full of techniques I fond on the internet but the problem still remains.. I don’t know what to do.
Edit : Now I succeded to install the theme by copy/paste direclty in the folder of the server. I did the same for all Plugins but now when I try to Import the Sample Data, it show me : “Failed to import Fichier média “The Simpsons” Failed to import Fichier média “Angry Birds In Space ...” I try to do it with the “traditional way” but not works. I’m quite desesperate…

On TrueMag theme, unfortunately, we do not support the layout as you described above.
You should try to increase the width by using the CSS segment bellow to fit with your website. This CSS segment helps your main navigation, footer navigation and headline navigation be full-width:

}

width:2000px;
margin-left:-368px;
}
.dark-div{
width:2000px;
margin-left: -97px;
}
Remember to change the width and margin-left fit for your website.
In addition, you should find a developer freelancer to help you with this requirement.

Hi, when i add accordion, i set all section to be closed on initial loading. And indeed it remain closed but just untill first opening. Than on every reloading page, it stays opened. Then i tried to copy a whole accordion and deleted older one and the same happens – on first loading page, it stays closed, but when i open it once, after reloading page it remain opened no matter i close it.
Ok, i just figure out that when i click on section web address change, but not back too when i close it, so if i put just a main page address it still stays closed. Ok i can deal with it,

Hi, By changing the subject I see that the changes are not made immediately. As I can fix that? I have not installed any cache plugin.
I don’t think that problem is related to theme. (Do you install on Godaddy Managed WordPress server? It has its own cache plugin installed by default)
Are you going to release a newer version any time soon? I’ve been having jQuery issues because of the Visual Composer plugin :/
What kind of jQuery issue you are having? There is a known problem when using Total Cache with Visual Composer in which the javascript compression is incorrect
I only have the recommended plugins and every time I activate Visual Composer I get bugs everywhre e.j. I can’t upload any media or update the widgets, etc. For now I’m working without the plugin but I’d have to eventually get this fixed. Any suggestions?

hello i hid admin bar for user,actually it otomatically hiden when i installed wpmu membership plugin,and i have a problem “members cannot add author biography which area is about author in your demo”,because it doesnt seem in their member’s page.Question is how to add a profile field for user to change or add their biography.and i wonder that how to add automated link on user profile photo to achieve their members page

Actually, your issue does not belong to our theme and your request is a customization work . You should find the help from wpmu membership plugin’s author in this case.
We see that it seems that you are using Buddypress plugin. As a suggestion, you could try with a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-blog-author-link/ It will help you connect Author link to Buddypress profile page.

after the latest update I have a login form appearing underneath all videos. once the post loads it automatically scrolls down prompting a visitor to log in. This form appears below the video in between the meta info and category/tag info. I believe it may be related to the modification we did to fix the views count issue from weeks back please look into this issue!

I have created a ticket for this issue please look into it as soon as possible. I have disabled the views count plugin because that is the plugin that is causing the issue. When you guys troubleshoot simply activate the plugin to see the issue.

Sorry, we do not get your point clearly. But if you have a menu with many items, the menu will be shown on two lines. In addition, you are mentioning about other menu sections, unfortunately, TrueMag theme only has two locations for menu including Main Navigation (on top) and footer menu. Hi, I’m thinking to aquire this theme, but, I want to use for anime stream videos. So, If you can show me an example plugin or feature from the theme (or if I need to install) where I can choose the anime, the season and then the episode I like and streamming from outsider providers. - If your Stream has the Embed code, you could insert it to Post Edit > Video Settings > Video Code.
- In the order “choose the anime, the season and then the episode I like and streamming from outsider providers.”. Actually, we do not understand your point, but Truemag theme does not have any features to load and show content from outside providers. You can try with category, channel and playlist feature to create your own web-content.
TrueMag theme works the best with video from YouTube and Vimeo. Please refer to these demos below

Instead of Youtube / Vimeo urls can be replaced with a putlocker url for example ?
It’s possible to have like 1h access to an installed theme via administrator ? I just want to see the behaviors of the player with external links; number of episodes, etc.

If you are mentioning about the type of Episode list in the case you have too many items (100 episodes ), TrueMag theme has an option to show it on Drop box or you could change the name of Eposode button (shorter as you need)
2. As we checked with this example http://putlocker.ms/the-intern-2015-full-movie-watch-online-free.html there is not embed code from your video source (putlocker). Unfortunately, TrueMag theme does not support for this.
3. We are sorry that we do not have enough ability to do that. The demo cannot be logged in to try.

Hi, im looking for a theme for selling online videos I will upload on youtube and vimeo. Still very happy with this theme, but i would like more video websites to be supported, like meipai for instance which is like instagram for china, and youku too which is the chinese youtube. these 2 platforms have millions of users. Instagram would be cool too. thx guys

2. Could you add an option to remove or resize the avatars in tm recent comments widget? it takes up a lot of space while most sites don’t even use avatars.

Hi, I’m thinking about purchasing this theme, but I have a few question first.
I’m planning to create a movie review website, which 50% the review will be done in video blog style, and the other 50% will be in text only blog/ articles (with review star). So the plan is to have a :
- Homepage which contain mix between the videos and written/ text articles. - Video only page for them to watch all the video blogs. - Blogroll contain all text articles which they can click and read the text only articles like in a normal blog.
Pretty simple really. Can I do this with your theme? Thanks

EVERYONE Beware if you use a child theme and you have a problem with video playing they will not support you they will make you remove the child theme even though they supply the child theme Buyer beware.

- In the original version, Child theme works normally like the parent theme (without custom code ).

You keep pointing me to that page and it has nothing to do with a child theme. Yes child theme is used for if we want to customize the theme. But Mine happens to not be customized so my problem is if I do want to customize it the video will play then stop then start from the beginning, if you are using the child theme that you supply not us you supplied it. Since you supplied it it should work. I will not be putting any more money into this theme since now Envato seems to be money hungry by charging extra for support that now I’m not getting because you will not help me fix the issue. and the funny thing is you probably know what it is and not saying.
