I have problem with the logo:
On some screens the logo appears very small ( http://prntscr.com/9wuj3v )
On most screens it shows up perfectly… Very strange
Can you please help me with this?

Upload the retina logo also. This is the regular logo size 2x. This will solve the issue

fullscreen_slide big_label_animation? I had to buy Visual Composer because it didn’t come with the theme. I have no idea what to replace the fullscreen slider with?? Doesn’t even come in the documentation?
Please help or I want my money back.

The theme doesn’t fully support Visual Composer and we did not described anywhere that it is a requirement for the theme. The theme uses another page builder which comes as default. If you want another slider instead of the default build-in slider you can use Revolution Slider of Layer Slider with this theme.

I’m receiving a javascript alert that says “ERROR!” 5 times each time I load a page in the WP Dashboard to edit. I’ve reinstalled the core WP files and also reuploaded the theme files—any reason why this would be happening? Seems like it has something to do with tinymce because when I watch the scripts that load before the alert box and compare to the ones after they all relate to /wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/........js

Hello, first of all nice template. Secondly the essentials grid does not work as I wanted. I want to create the same essentials grid as on the demo page but I can’t get it to work. I have imported the demo grids also, but I can’t seem to find the right grid as on the demo page. Do you maybe have a seperate demo import file ?

Please remove all the grids on the Ess. Grid page, and import them again by the following: If you open the theme folder and go the demo-files you will find the essential-grid.json file. Now if you go to the WordPress admin area and then to Ess. Grid -> Import / Export you can upload the json file (see: http://goo.gl/nb9JjP ).

You’re promising the demo content is included, but unfortunately this is not true. Only placeholders will be imported instead of images, but the demo importer says: “Images will be downloaded from our server, these images are copyrighted and are for demo use only .”
And in the theme description: “Installing the theme is done in less than minutes and with the demo content installer you will get all the pre-build demo pages with a single click.”

We’re sorry to hear that you thought the images were included in the download package. By pre-build pages we mean all the pages that are created. In the full item description we also declare that the demo images are not included in the download package. The reason that the images are not included is due the license of the images.
Sorry but the text in your demo importer is saying smething else. Also the essential grids won’t get imported at all (even no placeholder)

What does the theme options area look like? Is it easy to change fonts, colors, and layouts, as say Avada?

This theme has another option area then Avada or some other themes. We build all the (color) options in the live customizer so you can see the changes you make directly before you make them live. Then live customizer doesn’t have that many options like Avada because this is no multi-purpose theme but it is target a specific niche, and we tried to keep the theme as light as possible. However you can change all the colors and their are some layout options.
