hello, i have some problem with the image of product,after create product can not see the image
thanks
what I have to do exactly?
I was told by Yili to write all my support issues on the 4th so here goes…sorry to bombard you guys right after the holidays.
1. Before you went on holiday you gave me some code to put in my functions.php file to fix an issue where the product thumbnail images on the product pages were getting badly cut off on the top and bottom. This fix didn’t solve the issue, could you take another look? You should still have the login credentials. This is happening on all product pages.
Link: blueskylingerie.com/wp-admin
2. The same issue is happening on the search archive page. Like when I search for something product related, like a brand > Desigual, the products that show up on the search results page have their main product image cut off. Can this be fixed?
3. Again, same issue with product thumbnail sizing. When I hover on the cart icon when a product has been added to the cart, the item or items that show up have their product thumbnail cut off, this one in particular is quite bad. Fixable?
These seem to be the only issues remaining. I wrote down two more issues during the holiday weeks, but by some holiday miracle they solved themselves.
Hope you guys had great holidays!
Cheers,
Zach
Hi Zach
Happy new year buddy, wish you all the best during this year. No worries, its our time to be back fully in support.
1. Can you please edit this line:
wp-content/themes/aurum/functions.php
On line 129 you will find:
add_image_size('shop-thumb-2', 70, 90, true);
Replace with this one:
add_image_size('shop-thumb-2', 70, 90, false);
And regenerate thumbnails. I hope this will solve the issue.
2. To fix this issue download this file:
http://drops.laborator.co/8DBV+And replace it in: wp-content/themes/aurum/tpls/
Then apply this code in functions.php in child theme, it is permanent fix:
add_filter( 'aurum_search_thumb', create_function( '', 'return "medium";' ) );
3. Once again download this file:
http://drops.laborator.co/1j46i+And replace it in: /wp-content/themes/aurum/tpls/
Then apply this code in functions.php in child theme:
add_filter( 'aurum_mini_cart_thumb_size', create_function( '', 'return "medium";' ) );
This should solve the issue.
For the issue no. 1 you may try this fix and see if the first one is not necessary:
add_filter( 'single_product_small_thumbnail_size', create_function( '', 'return "medium";' ) );
Hopefully this will help you.
Best regards
Happy New Year to you too Arlind! Have a great year!
2 and #3 are solved. Thanks!
1 is being tricky. I changed the word from true to false in functions.php in the parent theme folder. I tried the last suggestion in the child theme folder > functions.php. I regenerated thumbnails both times but didn’t see any change. I didn’t regenerate all thumbnails though, I just tried regenerating the images associated with this product: https://blueskylingerie.com/shop/women/pink-stitch-phoenix-dress/
Any other ideas?
Cheers,
Zach
I have been getting this error lately on my plugins page: “object from empty value in wp-content/plugins/acf-repeater/acf-repeater-update.php on line 66”
I’m not too worried about it, but it’s probably good to deal with it anyway.
That’s weird, I could have sworn I wrote more than that. Anyway, what I meant by “any other ideas” is that for problem #1 those two options you gave me didn’t work. #2 and #3 worked great, thanks so much. I tried regenerating thumbnails on this product to test it: https://blueskylingerie.com/shop/women/pink-stitch-phoenix-dress/ but it didn’t fix the product thumbnail size issue. I tried this “add_filter( ‘single_product_small_thumbnail_size’, create_function( ’’, ‘return “medium”;’ ) );” and this “add_image_size(‘shop-thumb-2’, 70, 90, false);” but both had no effect.
What is strange is that I had the thumbnails sized right a few months ago, but I have added so many plugins since then it really could be anything causing this.
Just to clarify, I regenerated thumbnails on that product mentioned above each time I made a change in the code. I changed the word from true to false in the functions.php file, I tried both in the child and parent theme folders. I added that filter into the child functions.php file, I never tried it in the parent file. Should I be doing these tests in the parents functions.php file, or is that not necessary?
Thanks! This worked…the add_filter option, not the “false” option. Thanks again for solving all my issues and just being the kindest developers I have dealt with on Themeforest. I’m sure you’re busy but you gave me a lot of time and that’s what I think is great support.
Cheers,
Zach

Hi,
Looks like below is the cause of the error for the delayed load of the image in the Aurum Theme ( book store ) demo I purchased.
GET http://vinuvinipinchu.com/wp-content/plugins/marketplace-items/css/style.css?ver=4.4 VM276:1 LayerSlider error:
It seems like the URL of the image or background image “Bookshelf1.jpg” is pointing to a wrong location and it cannot be loaded. Please check the URLs of all your images used in the slider.
Can you please check once and get back ?
Also, can I load these images from my local server rather than pulling from theme forest servers?
Thanks Srinivas A
Hi Srinivas,
We don’t see any error on your console, can you please then remove that URL and set the exact location to it.
P.S: I have replied your other comment with the same issue.
In the future, can you please try to add all your questions in one thread, because in this way is easy for us to understand what you have done and what is left, also is would be easy for you to post in one thread

Hi srini22,
If you want to make your website faster maybe you can give this plugin a try WP Super Cache it will make your website blazing fast
Or if you want you can compress those two images on this site and then upload them again.
Kind Regards,

how can i do it?
ok, found it, thanks
Glad to hear that
Hi, I’ve downloaded and installed the theme but the thumbnails don’t show on my blog (http://www.feelshaped.com/). What can I do to display some pictures such as your blog with side bar (http://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/blog/?blog-sidebar-position=right) ? Or is there a way to simply display small thumbnails such as most of the “classic” blogs? Thanks in advance. Best regards, Kristina
Hi Kristina,
Have you attached Featured Image on those blog posts?
In order to appear them, you must set one Featured Image

Yeah thank you it’s working! Best regards, Kristina
Glad to hear that
Hi Laborator,
I have setup Aurum 2.7 (with Child Theme) on dev.milktheory.com but when trying to use the welcome page model on Wordpress 4.4 I’m getting an error: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /htdocs/dev/wp-content/themes/aurum/welcome-page.php on line 53
Do you know how to solve that?
Thanks! Mickael
Got it, country listing was missing
Thanks
How can I display a Product Carousel vertically?
For example:
Currently the carousel displays 3 products at a time horizontally:
product 1 - product 2 - product 3
and rotates between the rest of the products within those 3 spots.
What I would like is for it to do the same, just vertically. So it would be displayed:
product 1
—
product 2
—
product 3
and rotate vertically within those 3 spots.
Hello, I was wondering how do I get my Visual Composer preview to be clickable.
I have entered the link into the right place, but it is not clickable.
I would love for my clients to click the preview then get directed to the buy page.
www.kingcado.com
on my webpage
www.kingcado.com
on the last animated banner that says “Buy Here”
how do I make that banner clickable?
On the on-site animator to make that banner, i have entered my link. But it is still not working.

I just purchased and downloaded the Aurum – Minimalist Shopping Theme onto my domain. When I try to view All Pages in the admin I get this error: Call to undefined function get_field() in /home2/avicabes/public_html/combina/wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/laborator_functions.php on line 682
I tried deleting and reinstalling the theme and I know for a fact that I am installing correctly. Please tell me how to fix this issue as it is extremely urgent.
Hello! When I view my site from iphone/ipad and I open the menu bar i can see the categories but if I try to open subcategories for each category it is impossible. The problem doesn’t exist from an android device. The site url is http://onlinedoctor.gr/ Am i doing something wrong? Thanks
Hi aspa_kat,
You are using an old version of our theme (2.3.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.7), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
Kind Regards,

I have installed the latest theme version and the problem still exists in iphone/ipad.
Hi aspa_kat,
This question is related to theme developer and I am unable to give you any solution about this because I am not backend developer.
Our theme developer Arlind or Art can help you with this, but they took the holiday vacation and they will be back on 04 January.
When they come back, just reply to this thread and you will make sure Arlind or Art will see your comment.
Hope for your understanding

It is easy to reply me to this topic? Thanks
Hello, I think that I didn’t describe my problem very well. When I view my site from ipad (opera) and I touch any of the menu categories, subcategories never appear. This problem happens only if the ipad is horizontal. When it is vertical (showing the mobile menu) there is no problem. Also there is no problem from android device even it is vertical (mobile menu) or horizontal. Is there a solution to that? Thanks, Aspa
sorry, the browser is safari (iOS 9.2.1)

Hey, how are you doing?
I have an issue with Visual Composer – When trying to use the frontened editor, I cannot find the upper bar with the “Edit with Visual Composer” button on it. When contacting wpBakery, they told me : “It is disabled by the theme author using: vc_disable_frontend, you can get in touch with him and get rid of the above code to get it back.”
If it is the situation, can you please fix it? Because right now, I cannot use VC at all. If not, can you help me to solve this matter?
Thanks for the help!

Hi Yili, all went smooth, the button’s back on. Thank you!
even though I have set the ‘logo central’ option for the positioning of the logo. when on mobiles and ipads the logo is on the left. I have added some css to make the logo central on mobiles (this quick fix refuses to work on ipads for some reason…) please see the css below to see my quick fix. is there a better solution?
@media (max-width:767px) { } } }
/lower visual composer images and the other elements to solve 'overlapping' side-effect of this solution/
.vc_custom_1449416464319 {
margin-top: 55px !important;
I have removed the css I created so you can see the problem… the logo is not central on mobiles or tablets. URL: www.vimanasjewellery.com
i setup this theme on my local host and i active the child theme , on dashboard when i try to click on page its show this message “Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_field() in C:\xampp\htdocs\nordix\wp-content\themes\aurum\inc\laborator_functions.php on line 682”
Note : i use the latest wordpress version 4.4

Hi, Please help. The Cart is not working. You can add products to the cart, but when you view the cart it is empty, and the “checkout” button just leads to a blank page.
