You are using an old version of our theme (2.3.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.7), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

Hello !
I am back with one small bug I can’t solve. I am running a multilangual woocommerce version of your site, and asked WMPL about the problem but they told me the problem comes from the theme. On my main language the cart icon in the menu works well but it does nothing and do not show number of cart item on the secondary language(I changed my main language to test, and always the language set as main language worked with the cart not the other) the problem is quite critical, so I added a cart button in the menu since we mostly get korean payment for now and really want to keep the cart item.

This is happening because you haven’t installed ACF | Advanced Custom Fields Plugin,
You can update plugins by going to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hi just an update. I contacted my hosting provider to tell them about the error. They did something and now a different error shows up whenever I use a mobile device to access the website www.thelashinc.com (this happens when connected to wifi or 4G/3G on mobile device). I have a feeling it is to do with the woocommerce currency switcher I have installed. As when I deactivate it, the error no longer shows. But I need to be able to let customers select different currencies. Do you know code I could place to be able to do that instead of using that plugin?

Hi Arlind, i rang up my hosting provider and they renamed the theme file and told me to delete and reinstall the theme to stop the above error from showing up. They said the code you recommended me to use does not work. I placed it at the bottom of the file functions.php using the editor. If you think it’s something I have done incorrect please let me know. It has happened a few times on my mobile and sometimes the colors that I’ve changed revert back to the original. If it’s something that cannot be fixed then that’s fine. Also regarding my huge problem with the currency switcher do you know if it has been looked at? I have turned off the geolocation for the currency switcher plugin and the site now loads on mobile. I am happy for the geolocation to be switched off so could you please let Arlind know that if he is still struggling to find the problem to not worry as I am happy to have the geolocation turned off. Have you upgraded WordPress + Theme + WPML plugin and see if that fixed the issue.
WordPress latest version has made some major changes that made some plugins inactive.
So please keep all these plugins up to date, because other users does not have this kind of issue.
Also make sure you have updated WooCommerce to latest version.

Hi there,
we’re preparing a shop for one of our clients. While tweaking the settings we have run into a couple of things:
1. Even though the pagination is set to 10 products both in the theme settings as well as in the Woocommerce settings (screen settings tab) it will display 30 items before any pagination is shown.

Something seems to be overruling the 10 products setting but I have no idea where to find it.
How can I make sure the shop shows the pagination after 10 products?
2. The theme will show related products when selected in the theme settings but it will show the same products for every product in that department. The client wants to make use of Woocommerce’s built-in settings to set cross-sell and up-sell items for specific products. However when products are selected there they won’t show in the shop. How to enable this?
I have tried setting the related products to 0 in the theme settings but while the standard related products won’t show then neither will the selected cross-sell or up-sell products.

The solution for point 1. was perfect. Works like a charm now.
With regards to point 2. up-sell indeed shows up but cross-sell does not.
When a product is selected there it will not show in the shop but rather it will show the same products for every product in that department. Just picking them at random it seems.
So that does not seem correct.

As for Cross-sells I just need to tell you that these products are shown in “Cart” page only. Have you tried it because on my side this feature works fine:

With regards to the cross-sells I assumed they would show on the single product page below the product information.

Now it shows the header ‘Gerelateerde producten’ (=related products in English) and pulls 4 products from this particular category. Instead of showing the ones that are selected, it shows the same products for all the products in this category.
So if I understand correctly cross-sell will only show on the “cart page” but up-sell WILL show on the single product page? In that case that could be used this way.

Two additional questions:
1. How can I make the the number of products aren’t show any more in the ‘category’ widget box?
2. In the top left corner I translated the ‘login’ and ‘register’ terms into Dutch via the Loco Translate plugin you suggested. However the word ‘or’ cannot be found via both Loco Translate nor WPML string translate (which is also installed for future multi-language use). Is this word hard-coded into the template perhaps? And if so, where to change it? I’d rather change it into either the Dutch word ‘of’ or replace it with a | symbol.

“Related products” is code from WooCommerce and it works like that, however I’ve found a plugin that will do exactly what you want, please install this plugin and it will solve your issue:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-related-products-for-woocommerce/Yes, Up-sells is different from Cross-sells, and woocommerce only shows cross-sells in Cart Page, when there are products and it suggests other products based on cart products.

With regards to the other point: I mean the box you see on the right side of the product pages (see here: http://www.jo-l-fashion.com/product-categorie/hoodies/) with ‘afdelingen’ (=categories) as header. It shows the number of products behind the category name. Is it possible to not show this number anymore?
Secondly, we have noticed that pages containing the masonry media grid module of the visual composer plugin do not always load properly.

It will regularly happen that the contents of this page do not load at first. If you then refresh the page the images will load.
So far I haven’t noticed a pattern in this but it does regularly happen.

1. For your question about category counting, you can disable this in Appearance > Widgets (Shop Widgets):
http://drops.laborator.co/1jvqp2. The masonry media grid is an element developed by Visual Composer team and works that way, it is a masonry layout and it may happen to be buggy sometimes.
If you are not sure, do not use Media Grid, I believe this is still “beta” version component of Visual Composer.

I’ve got a strange problem.

But the first and second product does show a price, though.
Both products has multiple variations, a few are out of stock, a few not. The products that are out of stock don’t have a price.

Same here, still waiting. And we want to go online with our webshop.
I think I found the bug. When there are variations within a product with no price, then there will be no price in the overview. When I disabled the variations with an empty price, the price got back in the overview.
But why is it not showing any price in the overview when there is only one variation without a price. Looks like a bug, right?

Have you updated WooCommerce version and did this happened before?
If so, we are going to release new update tomorrow and so it should fix your issue.
When the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hi, I’m using Aurum template and in home page I’m using Product Carousel, bu t I can’t insert any product categoy. It doesn’t find anyone and left this filed blank. How can I fix this? Thank you Francesco

OK; I just updated the template (to 2.7), removed the patch I added, and the carousel works. But I still have problem in carousel when I try to add a category: it leaves the field blank and can’t find the product category.

Hi, I solved the problem! In the form of the “product query” inside the “Product Carousel Setting” I was able to insert the name of the category in the taxonomies field, not in the categories filed. Now it works. I thought I had to write it in the category filed.
Hi there, we need some help with the template this is our website address: www.cctv.space as you can see we have added some products and we try to make some sense in the layout and the paging, so each product will show on the right page. so far we tried placing the product categories using short code and it doesn’t look good: http://cctv.space/network-cameras/ what else can we do to place every product on it’s right place?
one more thing, as you can see on the second link the purple color still there and the layout is off the grid.

I think that you are doing this wrong, please check this WooCommerce documentation link and there you will learn how to manage Product Categories.

we got this in the meantime
but have new problems now..
1. how do we change the footer menu, it got stuck on the default, also how to color change as well.
2. breadcrumbs – i noticed the previous ongoing threads but couldn’t work it out with both suggested plugins.
3. purple color still appear on links (mainly on side-bars and widgets “on-sale” “top rated” etc.)
4. top header – how to change hover link colors?
5. top header cart and search icons – were gone for some reason. (it’s enabled on the settings)

and then drag Text or something there to populate it.
b) To change the logos there you must go to Theme Options > Footer Right and change the image links.

The problem with the cart and the search in the header is that they are not supported in the centered layout menu, if you want to use this type of menu then you have to forget about these two features, they’re not available here.
Are you using any 3rd party plugin for the checkout because it is happening on every browser on your site, it doesn’t seem to be a problem on our side.
Regarding the breadcrumbs, we will update the theme soon and I hope they will be fixed by updating the theme.

Responsive resolutions. on some pages in mobile, the side bar widget gets all messed up example: http://cctv.space/product-category/analog-camera/ in Mobile view looks bad.
we couldn’t find where we can set the responsive setting for widgets ect.
