I don’t know why you’re having the issue but you can always try alternative plugins such as Contact Form 7. The plugin also styled same as the default contact form.

Hello, i have some question:
1- How can i show, and where i can insert, the “product code” associated with article. I need to search the products by code into search box. For example Search>123456> result 123456 product under products section. Into admin i see SKU, price and short description but note “article code”.
2- If i need to migrate the final project (now is under a folder called “Test”) under the principal root of site how can i do it? The template have some export setting or similar things? Or i need to reset all theme setting?
3- What is the Yellow color of: The Yellow Ochre Style. Can you give me the hexadecimal of reference?

1) I’m not sure what are you referring by “product code” but the search doesn’t include those sections of a product entry. You can not search by SKU, price, ID etc.

Which header style you selected? It is only available for “Design 1”

Hi a person had mentioned that there was a plugin stopping template builder from showing the information/the build of the template. I cannot find the plugin that is causing this and would like to update the look of the page but cant even create a new template because again it is blank. Any help would be great.

We replied to you that you are using version 1.2.1 of rt18 which is a old version. We now use version 1.8.2 which has all the code fixes to reported issues and adjustments to make it work on the latest wordpress version.
I am sorry buit we can not support any issues with rt18 1.2.1 as that build is more then 12 months old.
Please update your theme its plugins and wordpress to the latest builds.
