I love the theme! It’s gone down a storm so thank you! The only thing that I’ve noticed, when testing on mobile, is that the menu doesn’t work. It hangs then crashes on iphone 6+ running ios9 on Chrome browser. Any fix? Thanks!

hi, my problem i can add a popup in portfolio page and i use Lime Popup Visual Composer. I see plugin and i can add in page but when i click popup button i am going to homepage. plugin not working “just” portfolio pages. I try normally single page its done working!. I try many popup plugins and not working. I change Show project information on rollover – choose Different page “not working” I try some ways but not solved. Also plugins tried 2themes its working. could you please trying a popup plugin in portfolio page. you can see problem. Thanks for helping

Once again: please follow the steps we described on our previous message. Probably the plugin only works on regular pages, but only the plugin developer can help. As an alternative don’t use a portfolio page (use a normal page and add a Latest Portfolio page element). Thanks!

Hi, I have bought the Pulse theme and using the one page business setup. I am not able to find a way to change the order of the slides in the home page. All Slides page is not giving such an option. Right now when I create a new slide, it is displayed as the first one. Is there a way to provide custom ordering of slides?

Hi, I set my email id in the page builder and sent an email via the contact form and . There are 2 issues I see. 1) The email is sent to hello@pulse.com and cc is sent to my email id. How can I remove the pulse.com email id ? 2) In the contact form, the from email id is set as the user’s email id. My hosting provider is godaddy and from what I understand godaddy blocks emails whose from is set as aol, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, live, aim, or msn. so i would like to set the from email id as the wordpress administrator email id. How can I do this?

One more issue. The theme is not displaying logo after I uploaded my logo from the Branding section of Theme Customization. The image is displayed as

There seems to be a problem with the reading/writing permissions of your media library. Probably it is related with the fact that you are not using the default folder for the media uploads.

There is no issue with read write permissions as all other images are working fine. The image Url is still there and we can access the Url if u directly hit the url. Somehow the code is setting width and height as 0.

The calculations that are made for that particular image require these permissions. The image path is being retrieved by the theme too so we can’t compare it with other Media Library items.
We already have the WP login details so we will analyze this situation later today.

First of all, great job on the themes. They´re really beautiful and we can’t wait to make our website official.
We’re using the business version of the pulse theme. I have issues thought.
The first issue is that the tabs “why us” and “get in touch” doesn’t lead you to the correct sections on the page. When clicking these two the page simply refresh and you’re back to the first page (the slider) and the adress is either changed to ”/reasons” or ”/contact-us”.
The second issue I have is in the “skills” section, the text is overlaying the bars, I could probably fix this myself. I am not even sure if I want that section on the site, but it would be nice if it wasn’t looking like a bug.
Worth to mention is that I work in offline mode, using my computer as a server. I am not sure if this affect the themes though. I tried to remove the theme and re-install it but it didn’t work. I might have done something wrong but I really don’t think so.
Would really appreciate some help!
Okay, I managed to fix the problem in the “skills”-section. I just added a new progress bar and the problem was solved.
The only thing that I need to fix now is to connect the “why us” and “get in touch” with the right sections. Maybe these aren’t linked from the beginning?

Thank you for purchasing! On mobile devices the video thumbnail is replaced by the Portfolio Item Featured Image (this is because HTML Video it is not entirely supported on mobile devices).
Please make sure that you set up a Featured Image on those Portfolio Items. Please notice that you can use video inside the portfolio entries with external services like Youtube, Vimeo, etc that have universal players that work on mobile devices too.

Hello. I believe the Pulse theme is interfering with a login redirect I need from a plugin. The plugin is called WP Customer Area. When clicking the customer area link, it should redirect the user to the login page (if they have not already logged in), but instead it goes to a blank customer area dashboard. I contacted them and they believe it is either the theme or plugin interference. I deactivated many of the plugins, but this problem continues. So, I believe the theme is stopping the redirect from working.

Thank you for reaching us! Instead of opening the portfolio entry with an overlay it can open on a different page (and show the URL on the browser). This is an option of the Latest Portfolio page element that you can change using the page builder.

Your comment 2.1) The icon sets are already included with the theme. You can add them to pages using the Theme Icon page element;
Your comment 2.2) We don’t see any special separator here. Anyway, you can always add one of the theme separators and customize it using CSS;
Your comment 2.3) The closest thing that you have is the Services page element;
Your comment 3.1) The theme allows you to use 3 different fonts. If you add a Styled Title to the content you will be able to chose one of the 3 font faces;
Your comment 4.1) The overlayer colors can be edited under Theme Options>Portfolio tab

I only want the logo on the left and hamburguer menu on the right at all the times without any bar on top. None of those options did it though. Please advice. Using OS X El Capitan, WordPress 4.4, php 5.6.x, built in php server.
Auto installing plugins locks up server. I can get around by installing manually.
One click install of content also locks up server. Thoughts? Thanks.

The answer is yes to both questions. Just a small note to inform that for the videos on portfolio items you will need to use the custom layout option for this (instead of using one of the predefined layouts).
After you build the first custom layout according to your needs, you can clone the portfolio item to re-use it if you want.

Love the theme but have a few issues.
1.The Portfolio’s “next/previous project” (at the bottom of a portfolio page) shows the wrong projects. “Next” shows the previous project and “Previous” shows the next project. How do I reverse this?
2. The word “Project” isn’t suitable for this section. How do I change the word “Project” to something else (in Previous/Next Project section at the bottom of a portfolio page)?
3. The menu keeps re-appearing when I scroll up a little bit. I want it to disappear the whole time unless I’m at the top of the page. How do I do this?
