And when will that be? the current revslider version on newsmag is 4.6.93. that’s old. revslider got to version 5.1.6.

In this revslider tutorial http://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-plugin-packaged-theme/ it says I should ask my theme provider for the latest version of revslider.

Unfortunately Newsmag theme was initially designed at this width – 1021px – with an fixed grid layout, responsive as it is fluid and style for desktop/tables/mobile screens. So changing the width would not be easy as it needs changing the width value for all theme elements on page and you will need a lot of custom modifications. We don’t plan to make any changes to the grid in near future, sorry! If you really need this suggest to get someone to help you as we are not available for custom services at this time.

Regarding the images, the theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme’s modules. Basically, when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. I spoke to my host 123-reg who adjusted the values to the correct parameters. Alas I’m still having the same issues/error message with installing your demo themes (with content included) works fine when I install without content.

Still getting the same error messages when installing your plugins. Although have installed Yoast SEO and others without issues. Do I have to install your suggested plugins: revslider, td-social-counter, td-speed-bosster, td-woo-invoice and td-woo-lable directly from the Newsmag-tf folder on my computer? I did this with the js_composer and that worked. The error message appears when I try to install them directly from the Plugins section under Newsmag.

I have managed to get WP Super Cache to activate by assigning a permalink but am still having issues with that (would be grateful for your feedback on that although I realize that has nothing to do with your theme)

I have replied to your email and would be grateful if you could go back in and take another look. My wp-admin details have been included with the email.

Hi,

At the moment the newsmag theme doses’t have the whatsapp sharing button added but it will be available soon. It’s already available on newspaper theme on post pages for mobile devices only. If you don’t wish to wait until we add it I believe it can be added to the newsmag theme with some customization.
