Do i need to have a “Hero” on everypage? My icon/logo doenst show up otherwise?
Can i make the “contact section” full width? or just make it a bit wider?
And i have pages that I have put as “parent” to another page, but they doesnt show up on the page?
why cant i have a bottom border if i have set my page as “use page for regular page”? Is it only me? Am I wrong? or is it a good question?

Please please please, there is so much that doesnt work for me, dont you have any livechat i can contact you on? Its really annoying if i only can “open a ticket” and wait for answer for all my questions? When I do a split section on a front page section the image i have as the featured image doesn’t seem to automatically resize when the changed the window size. Also on the opposite side of it on the text i have a mailchimp field and it seems after an email is entered and the success text appears that also messes up the image and somehow makes it bigger and no longer fits on in the section.

Hi, can this theme be used as a multiple page theme and not a one page theme also? Urgent, I am thinking about buying this for a client but I want to be sure before I buy and also how would I go about doing this being that the theme seems to be generally a one page theme? I only want a slideshow and a top header toolbar just like this site is laid out www.feteny.com

the one page feature ( section based seperation of a page ) can only be used once per installation. But you are able to create regular pages as well. A site like feteny.com is not possible with this theme.

Hi i bought your theme and when uploading the zip file i get the following error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)” when uploading via ftp it sort of works but when activating the demos the theme brings up two new errors.
now i get four errors when importing the demo content

Hi, I have a problem with centered hero single image. When I set paralax on, in mobile view, image is not centered. When I disable paralax and set background to center top – everything is ok.

version 1 can be achieved very easily since it requires only a few code modifications inside the child theme. Our support can point you to the file you need to modify and can give you some code hints but the final markup is up to you as well as the responsive break point for mobile Devices.

1.) Depends on video length , quality and your bandwidth. Mobiles do not support background videos – in this case a poster image is used as a placeholder.
2.) Whatever you like as long as long as its hosted on youtube.
3.) 1 Website per Regular Licence2
4.) Basically yes with some custom CSS – but keep the aspect ratio of the video in mind – blackborders might occur.
5.) The integrated video API can handle these kinds of features but needs additional coding. Our after sale support does not cover these kind of modification.
6.) Im afraid I do not understand the needed location of your button, but its not possible without code modifications as well.
