When you click on a “Rome” portfolio item page, there is a content at the top that says… “Still #1, Rome, Brooklyn the choice of champions!”. However, the content is not visible in editor. It starts with the next section of the page. Could you please assist me in locating where to make updates to the content on the page? Thank you.

Hello, My support has expired but my theme is licensed. How do I check I have the latest theme version (mine says 4.9.7.4) ? My Font Awesome icons are missing for some reason, so i thought updating might solve the issue. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time. I have 2 plugins that are not standard (included), WPSHAPERE All-In-One Migration – I have deactivated both and the icons are still missing. I don’t know how to manually add the font awesome icons I used to have available?
I loaded this plugin – font-awesome.4.3.2 manually and it has restored the icons to the site. I am not sure why I had to do this but happy it worked.
Just realize my site is now blank, it was previously working properly, not sure if it’s due to an automatic wordpress update. It’s on php 7, any help will be appreciated.

I am trying to make the navigation/menu a permanent white background with black text placed on top of the slider as opposed to the menu being blended into the slider. How do i achieve this? I paid for and bought this theme TWICE and still cant access a bunch of the pages demos and demo content that it promises to have. Can you please make it possible to have EVERYTHING you promised at time of sale??

all the demo websites are coming with the website installer. None of the demo are missing here. Due to the evolution of the theme however, demos such as 18 are not available as templates only by website installer. In case a template is missing you can request it in our forum.

CONTENT BLOCKS – why is the unique Uncode feature missing now in content block??? now it only shows as text block. it was so much easier with previous content block builder. Am I missing something? I’m on ver 4.9.7.5

Content Blocks usually do have a Page Builder, If its missing please try to open the Role Editor of WP Bakery and make sure to set the post types to pages. The theme should then set the roles.
I double checked and set as directed – but still NO page builder. checked in admin, checked editor, saved, logged out and back in. still only shows basic text builder.

Web page showing duplicates graphics/content when published? Hi there, I have requested help for a technical issue on the forum but not had any response? There is a bug with the Theme.
I edited a page with Elementor to add client logos. Everything was fine with no problem.
however, when I clicked published, the Web page shows duplicate logos?
When I re-edit, its shows normal again. Why is this happening? It’s super-frustrating.

this is usually an accent color or when viewing Theme Options > Typography > Sections > Section Title or Page Title you should be able to set a decoration color for that style.

I have wanted to buy another licence to use this website for ecommerce websites using WooCommerce so many times, but your lack of demo site with woocommerce has held me back.
There must be a reason that you don’t show what it looks like, and when I start a new project I dont have the time to buy a theme and have a go if it is possible that it will not work and I will have to start over with a different theme.
If you could please add one or two demos with shops using woocommerce this would be a huge help and boost confidence in using your theme.

hi, after years i’m still in love of this theme ! I try to build a new page and I’m not able to do 2 things :
- I want to split screen in 2 rows, text on right, image on left for example. image should use 100% of the screen height on computer (cropping side if necessary). but for now it just resize how can i make it happened please ?
- I want that mouse scroll / keyboard top bottom arrows jump to the next/previous section. is there a way to do it ?
