Brooklyn uses a custom-built page builder rather than the original page builder. This allows us to offer thousands of additional features that are not available in the standard version.
That being said, the grid builder was not included in our implementation, so this specific functionality is not available in Brooklyn.

Fatal error from the Brooklyn Shortcodes plugin causes all pages using it to crash (which in my case is most pages):
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “UT_Adaptive_Image” not found in …/wp-content/plugins/ut-shortcodes/shortcodes/service-column-vertical.php
the crash is from United Themes’ ut-shortcodes plugin calling a class (UT_Adaptive_Image) that is no longer being loaded.

We understand what you’re trying to point out, but just posting a generic “there’s a bug” here isn’t actionable for us.
Issues like this are often caused by incomplete updates, conflicts, or missing dependencies, especially when a class like UT_Adaptive_Image is not being loaded properly.
If this were a general issue, we would already see multiple confirmed reports through our support system, which is currently not the case.
Please use the official support channel so we can properly analyze your setup. Otherwise, this kind of comment doesn’t help us identify or resolve anything.
I just bought your theme because I want to use Elementor. Are the demos built with Elementor?

I purchased Brooklyn some time ago and originally registered the license on a staging site, for testing. I was only getting familair with the site. Now I’m ready to use Brooklyn a real domain, but when I try to register the license it says: “License already registered with different server.” Could you please reset the license activation so I can register it on the live domain and/or maybe tell me what domain is being used.
I deregistered the purchase from the site today and added to my live site. It stated initially success but now its reverting back to license has been registered.
Please help and deregister my the purchase code.

I couldn’t find that page shown in the screenshot, “Apollo Creed – with a black man,” in any of the template versions.
The Apollo Creed demo is a beta demo that was never officially released. It only exists as a beta concept and was never completed.

Hi United Themes, there seems to be an issue with the latest version of Brooklyn. It has a conflict with Elementor/Elementor Pro where it doesn’t show the elementor panel and just sits loading (the #elementor-panel-state-loading just keeps spinning). Unsure why. Not sure if this is an issue that needs resolving from the theme compatibility or the Brooklyn Core Plugin.
Hello. On Brooklyn template, can you have YouTube videos in the filterable gallery (in the homepage/selected work section) instead of post to internal pages? If so, can I assign tags to those YouTube videos so I can filter them by categories on the homepage?. Thanks.
Hey, I do a lot of vehicle design (car wrapping) and am looking for a cool scrool-down design (like in #01 Brooklyn Original) where my work can be displayed via a slider graphic (before/after). So not that the works open on extra pages when clicked, but that there is a slide bar on the start page. Or so that when a ‘vehicle project’ is clicked, it enlarges (like the videos in #54 Brooklyn Creative Studio Showcase”) and then before/after slider is visible in the larger view.

If I try to click on Typography or front page or other options on the side menu nothing happens. Does not display new sections as if its stuck just in one place. All available updates are in place. Could you please help?
