Make sure you uploaded the correct installable theme file. When you download the main download package you should extract this zip file so you will see the theme installable file in “WordPress Theme/flora.zip”, please upload the flora.zip file to your WordPress site.

If it still doesn’t work that means your host is suffering from PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. You should contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

upload_max_filesize 32M  

Also, you can upload the theme via web File Manager on your host or FTP. For more details on how to install the theme please follow the instructions in our documentation.

The lightbox popup will display this option (an expand icon to enlarge the image) automatically when the original size of your image is larger than the size is showing in the lightbox. As you see in our demo site, our image size is 1280×1080px when it displays in the lightbox that’s smaller than its size so you will see an expand icon at the top right to enlarge this image.

You can change the logo for the side menu and mobile menu in Theme Options -> Navigation -> Side Navigation / Mobile Navigation -> Side Logo. Also, you can edit or remove the phone and email in Theme Options -> Navigation -> Navigation -> Contact Info Items.

What’s the version of your Internet Explorer. If you’re using Internet Explorer 9 or below you won’t see the effect and any animation since these browsers don’t support the CSS animation at all.

We’ve never seen this issue before and everything is working fine on our demo sites. Have you modified the theme or add something to your child theme? When you call wyde_page_title(), it will display the title area section so make sure you never call this function twice.

If you’ve never edited the theme, please update your theme to the latest update.

I also use Chrome devs tools. I saw these errors before you disable the minify feature but there is no error now since you already disabled it. If you enable this feature you will see these errors and these issues will happen again.

I ractivate it, and it’s weird because the files that you name previously are already on the exclude list… So no way it get minify by my cache plugin…

I don’t know why but I definitely see the errors from these files so the pricing filter slider on your site didn’t work and it also cause the product images gallery slider and some other scripts won’t work.

The Custom Heading element is an only one that has an option for you to choose the H format.

If you’d like to add an option for choosing a Heading type in the shortcode you can add this option by adding the code below to the theme functions (functions.php) in your child theme.

1. You should install and activate flora-child-theme.zip. 2. Navigate to Appearance -> Editor to edit Theme Functions (functions.php) file. 3. Add the code below to this file for adding a Heading option to Tabs and Tour.

Turns out it was a conflict with another plugin. I disabled that other plugin, and the “Portfolio Grid” works now.

1. This theme has 2 sections in the footer (Footer Widget Area and Footer Bottom Bar for the copyright text). The Background options have a background position option and a background size option. If you’d like to display the whole part of your background image you should change the background size option to “Contain” and change the background position to “Center Bottom”.

2. You can set your custom sizes of portfolio image to display in portfolio grid masonry layout in this theme, please follow the steps below:

1) Install and activate flora-child-theme.zip. 2) Navigate to Appearance -> Editor to edit the flora child theme. 3) Edit Theme Functions file (functions.php). 4) Add the code below to this file:
