The + sign to add products to my cart doesn’t work. It just get stuck.

I just checked your site and there seems to be some issues with the JavaScripts.

The quick shop is not a plugin that we support and it would be better if your firstly disable the 3-rd party plugins and re-check your shop page to see if it’s working.

I found that when I disable food press plugin fix the issue. According to the developer this is a issue with the theme

Foodpress may be interfering with the script, but the script that your cart or add to cart items uses is a custom theme script, which is trying to load a “hide-show” function, and it cannot locate that. You may want to speak to your theme developer and see because the error doesn’t show any relation to Foodpress on that page, nor a Foodpress script, even though it may be active. Safe to update to WooCommerce 2.5?

Hello

I have this website I’m developing: http://saboressaberesbb.polidesignstudio.com/ I have the WooCommerce and the WPML installed and active. Meanwhile in the backoffice, when i add one product category, it is added but when i refresh the page, the category i recently added, disapears.

In the products page, the categories i recently added, are not shown.

Meanwhile, when i disable WPML, the categories work fine.

My theme is updated to the last version.

How can i solve this issue?

I have a question regarding the Layerslider WP. In desktop mode I have a full width slider but when I enter the website on a mobile device it will not fit so perfectly and I am aware of that. My question, is it possible to have an another slider displaying when you enter the website on mobile devices. I want this to be on the front page.

Hi Jakob,

You can try and add these two sliders via Visual Composer but I don’t know if they will conflict with each other, we can manually hide one on mobile and display the other one in Desktop version with some custom css.

P.S. I saw you are using an old version of our theme (2.6) and the latest version for the moment is (2.7), please update theme first.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

I would just like to say thank you for helping resolve the small issue we were experiencing with the VC Parallax plugin. It turned out that the problem seemed to be with the de-bug setting from the VC plugin and NOT your theme. We fully appreciate however that you took the time to solve something that turned out to be a problem that was not yours. As we have wrote on our item page:

We would include the Uber Menu for free with our theme but we are not permitted to do this because they do not provide Extended Licenses, so you must purchase it separately.

Here is the plugin page: UberMenu (MegaMenu) and for further info please use author link, UberMenu Documentation , is easy to understand.

If you use UberMenu don’t forget to disable skin,

I am not asking for the style of the menu, what I am referring is the Menu’s pages like Home | About | Shop etc. I want to have the menu like this on my website how can I do that I have tried some different options at Appearance => Menus… Looking for you kind reply. It is very easy, as it can be managed from the Appearance > Menus.

But if you want this kind of menu:

(view large version)

you will need Megamenu plugin.

Hi, I’m interested in this theme however I was wondering if it’s possible to set it so that for example on this page- http://themes.laborator.co/aurum/bookshop/product/a-girl-is-a-half-formed-thing/ It’s “Buy Now” instead of “Add to Cart”? It just doesn’t make sense for people to buy more than one of the same book. Is there an option for that? Thanks!

Yes that is possible, and can be managed from WooCommerce options, also you can change Add to Cart with Buy Now with the help of Loco Translate plugin.

Hi,

I have just translated my wordpress into a RTL language using wordpress language settings.

Now my add to cart for woocommerce is area is white and you cant really see it.

I though the theme had RTL ready features.

I have checked your site and i don’t see any crashing problem on latest Chrome for iOS, we don’t have this issue on our theme either, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Export / Import of theme settings? .......is this possible

I spent quite a bit of time customising the theme for one site and I like the way it looks & works – I’d now like to create another site using the same configuration

is it possible to export the theme from one install to another?

If you export settings there may happen for them to change something and not entirely look the same.

However I can clone the site for you and make it look the same. I need both FTP and phpMyAdmin access for two sites (site to copy, and destination site)

Hello, I have installed this theme 5 times and 5 times the site got hacked. the last time I had nothing more installed than the theme. I would like to get the money back as this is not good. How can it be arranged?

Theme has nothing to do with the hacking of your site, you must keep WordPress updated every time and don’t tell the credentials anyone.

Also please check if any plugin is doing that to you, because even if we want to make a site that is harmful for users we can’t do that, because we don’t have access on those things.

Also the Envato market is very professional and strict in this area, and we can’t produce weak themes and publish on this market.

This is a silly excuse, but if you want a refund please contact Envato, because we can’t do anything about it.

After upgrading to 2.7 (web developer originally built site on 2.6), pages don’t load correctly. Looks maybe like stylesheets aren’t loading or something similar.

When you login in the admin area, go back to your homepage and at the top of that page you have Edit Page, a new window should appear with the elements that appear in the homepage, there you can remove the trending box.
