Hi There my site http://yougamechangers.com is giving me “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted” I looked through the comments to find a solution. I install the PHP info App and the numbers on my site don’t match the recommended numbers but I don’t know how to fix that and I am nervous about messing around in the php. can you help? email is info.thegamechangers@gmail.com if you need it.

You will need to contact your hosting company to increase your PHP limits, give them the requirements from our documentation and then try to install the theme again.

The login/register are features of WordPress and WooCommerce so please make sure you’ve enabled and set them up to continue with your other issues.

Hi, i encountered a problem for the sale icon and the regular price. The sale price just appeared as the Regular price of the product, and the sales icon is off. I have checked the backend and it was all correct. I don’t have this problem throughout the past few months,It was fine all the while. It’s strange, because we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved?

Your theme (Aurum) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

Hi Marco,

You are using an old version of our theme (2.6) and the latest version for the moment is (2.7), please update theme first.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

http://saboressaberesbb.polidesignstudio.com I have the WooCommerce and the WPML installed and active. Meanwhile in the backoffice, when i add one product category, it is added but when i refresh the page, the category i recently added, disapears.

In the products page, the categories i recently added, are not shown.

Meanwhile, when i disable WPML, the categories work fine.

I have the latest version of Kalium installed in my WP

How can i solve this issue?

I think you are referring to Aurum based on your site.

The WPML ofter causes these issues to happen, what you need to do is to flush rewrite rules which may fix this issue in some cases. To do that go to General > Permalinks, then just hit the save button and see if that solves your issues.

The other way is to install WooCommerce Multilingual plugin:

Which handles the internationalization part of WooCommerce.

Hello, I love your theme, and I recently purchased it for use in a client’s website. I am trying to install the theme using the download and upload method. However, every time I upload the zip file (yes, I unzipped the main download and located the aurum.zip) it finishes uploading and then redirects me to a 404 page not found url. I navigate back to my wordpress themes page and no aurum theme is available. Is this a common problem? Thank you, Mike

Hi Mike,

Hmm, most likely your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme ZIP file to upload. Specifically, PHP is configured to a maximum file upload size limit at 8 megabytes or less. The theme ZIP is about 9.5 megabytes in size. Thus, the web server is rejecting the upload. WordPress is giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme fault or bug.

There two ways to solve this problem.

1— You can either get your web host to increase your PHP limits.

2—You can upload your theme via an FTP client.

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 64M

Hello there, I use the Aurum Theme now up 1 year long. In IE 9, I noticed that the add-to-cart functions do not work. Likewise, calling the check-out is not possible. Can you check if you have the latest version of Aurum? Current version is 2.7.

If not, please update theme first.

Important: Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Please don’t update to WooCommerce 2.5 plugin until we release a new update of our theme that will support this version completely.

If you have updated already, delete your WooCommerce 2.5 from the Plugins section, then download WooCommerce 2.4.13 and install it.

To add the AmericanExpress icon you will need to find their logo and resize it to the other icons size and upload it in the Media section.

After you’ve finished these, go to the Theme Options and in the Footer section duplicate one of the icons to add the AE logo.

Hi, We have used your excellent theme for http://bags-of-books.co.uk/, however for reasons unknown we can’t edit the “pages” in the backend once the theme is installed. All the rest works fine but when you click ‘pages’ it says ‘server error’

Obviously this is hugely problematic… would really appreciate your help on this.

The image thing is already solved. Is there a way i can resize the logo in the header only for mobile? So the max size in web view will stay 500.

This is not possible to do on the Theme Options for the moment, but you can add the code below to Custom CSS

Trying to identify the hook used for the single product price display in order to move the price below the product title and category. The normal ‘woocommerce_template_single_price’ doesn’t seem to work?

The other thing is trying to adjust background colouring of the menu (have installed megamenu), nothing I’ve tried in customizer, megamenu settings or css seems to change it from the light grey? Where and how is the best place to change this?

I logged in on your site and it’s great that you’re using the Child Theme, what you can do now is create a copy of the contact.php file and move it in the files of child theme and then move the Google Map by editing that file, if you don’t know how to do it simply send us an e-mail with your FTP credentials and I will take care of it.

Using the child theme is a great solution because when updating the theme you won’t loose your customizations and theme modifications.
