As the new rule of Envato, Support will be available only 6 months since purchasing date. This rule applied on 1st Sep 2015 so if you purchased theme before that date, support will be expired on 29th Feb 2016. If you purchase after the start date, just plus six months for it.

As I talked to them, they will allow user to purchase support pack (during support period) by Feb2016.

It’s possible but you have to go to admin panel and change color elements directly.(using color picker in backend.)

I would love to ‘submit a ticket’ on your ‘support’ forums, but I’ve inherited the log-in information and development of this site from a client and have no access at this moment to the purchase code.
I want to be a fan of themeforest, but I find it infuriating how difficult it is to get support when every theme developer has their own off-site register-for-support structure. It makes it infuriatingly difficult when trying to develop client work.

Firstly, great theme. I have a site using this which is dying due to memory consumption.
I have found the place where it dies.
In /include/plugin/utility.php on line 118 it generates the thumbnails for the image slider.foreach( $media_query->posts as $image ){
$thumb_src = wp_get_attachment_image_src( $image->ID, '150x150');
$thumb_src_preview = wp_get_attachment_image_src( $image->ID, '160x110');
echo ''; }It seems that it dies here. I have had to up the memory limit to 1000M so the site can continue running. Of course, this is a crazy number and is exhausting the server resources. So, only a temporary measure.
Can you please suggest solutions to resolve this problem.

Nope page that have board will not have slider on the top… In this case you have to hire a coder to customize the theme.

Looking to purchase. Quick question..
When viewing this layout on a smartphone display, is it possible to have the two 1X1 tiles to position side-by-side? This would allow for the layout to fit nicely with a 2X2 tile right under it.
I am just concerned that the mobile experience is not as strong as the tablet and desktop view.
