Hello! I am wondering if there is a way to place my logo above the primary navigation. I want the nav and cart to be sticky but the logo to be a separate element above these two features. Is this possible?

I have been looking through all of the comments and I saw it done on another person’s page (who was using this theme).

But im encountering some problems to import into the AURUM one, all the demo content of the Victoria Beckam one, as that was the only reason why i bought your theme. I want it to look just exactly as the one you got for Victoria Beckam.

PD2: there is one thing missing from your oxygen Theme, which is the possiblity to change a fourth color on the theme options (I did it through custom css, but not everyone will know how to) which is the red color along the site, for example when you hover a button, that red colour is to hard to not be able to change it.

The theme is translatable which means it is compatible with WPML plugin and other translation plugins but we recommend using the first one.
I don’t know which menu icons you want to show but you need to hide the top-menu bar through the Theme Options, follow the screenshot below:

Hi, the menu at the top I enabled, as i liked it, and it is the only way to show the login or register thing somewhere all along the web.
Regarding the menus, i have been searching online, and i think the name for that is Mega menu or something like this, see the image from your own theme http://i.imgur.com/Q3garMD.png please advise me on how to use it, and what can be mega menu-ized on those menus (categories?, products? submenus? tags? anything?)

The menu used in Aurum is UberMenu, you can add anything in the Mega menu as it has awesome rich features but it also requires time to work with it as it’s a bit complicated.

I know that plugin, so you basically have something in your theme preview that does not come with the template… that is not good man… that is a real shame.. i have already paid 79$ for your theme, then another 79$ for the WPML (that is not your fault, is just i need it multilanguage), but then now i have to pay another 20$ for that plugin. Hope you understand my frustration regarding you theme, as it is that one plugin that makes a HUGE difference from not having it.

I bought the Aurum minismalist theme last year, and although i’m satisfied with my purchase i have met some problems along the way.
For you to understand the different troubles I have met, please check out my website www.mylosshop.com
One of the problems is the Layer slider. Apparently i have to repurchase this plugin, It is also bugging. And i know that that is not your product directly, but it does come with the Aurum package, so maybe you can provide some support.
Also I’ve tried to download the multilingual demo content. And cannot really make it work (note that i had already downloaded the fashion store demo content). Is there anyway i can translate my site easily? I would like it to be in Spanish, English and French.

You are using an old version of our theme (2.4.1) and the latest version for the moment is (2.7), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Important: Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme because we update theme regularly through the theme updates
P.S: Please don’t update to WooCommerce 2.5 plugin until we release a new update of our theme that will support this version completely.
When the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.

It is not included in the theme, and it’s not allowed to include in the theme cause there is not such a license for themes, each user has to purchase it’s own license and we have only made Aurum compatible with it.

I’ve created a menu for headwear and within the menu I have the following product categories/products: 5 Panels, Snapbacks, Beanies, etc. For some reason when I visit the site on my local server I can see all of the products except the 5 Panels. All I see is a page with a cart. However, all the other pages work just fine.

i updated to woocommerce 2.5.2 then checked woocommerce system status which recommended that i update my aurum woocommerce template files by over-writing the existing ones with the latest ones from my woocomerce plugin folder (it’ lists which ones are out of date) however when I updated all the templates it caused all my large thumbnail images to disappear even on the carousel on the home page. I’ve since downgraded woommerce back to 2.5.0 and re-installed the latest aurum theme so everything is working again but my question is whats the best way to keep track of what version of woocommerce to install and also should I never over-write the aurum woocommerce template files again even when woocommerce recommends i should?

You should never update the theme (even though the plugin says it) if that theme doesn’t state that it supports the latest version of any plugin you’re using, it may be WooCommerce, Visual Composer or any of the sliders we use.
If it would be a security bug that would cause problems to our clients we would immediately release a new update but in this case it is a regular update by WooCommerce which we’re implementing and will be published this week.

Sorry about that, it is possible to achieve in the current version however here is a quickfix for you:
1. Download this file: http://drops.laborator.co/150Lt+ and replace it in this directory (of the theme): aurum/woocommerce/
2. Instead of above actions, change to this one:
add_action( 'aurum_before_shop_loop_item_title', 'woocommerce_product_loop_tags', 5 );
It should work fine.
The only thing you need to save is the code in 2. because the file I’ve sent you to replace will be included with the fix in the next update of Aurum.

The checkout button in the cart does not seem to be redirecting to the checkout page. It goes to http://naturals.si/kosarica/#proceed and than nothing happens, update cart also doesnt work, and cupon code window show up, i saw couple of guys had exact the same pboeblem but i didnt find solution under comments – tydigital and jcheung had the same problem.

HI there, having issues on my wordpress site its showing – Your theme (Aurum – Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. There are a heap of files in the system status report that are not updated to the current version. I have Aurum version 2.7 and Aurum Child version 1.0 activated on my site. Can you please help?
