Hi, We purchase this theme from you about a year ago. After saving a page either the toolbar goes missing or all the content that we just saved vanishes from the page. Any help would be appreciated. This issue is costing us a lot of time and money.

Are you using page builder or wordpress editor in the pages? You can use either page builder or wordpress editor in the pages. If you have some content in the wordpress editor and then you click page builder button and enable it and drag and drop some modules or without putting the modules, if you update the page, the wordpress editor content will be erased. In short, when you try to use wordpress editor, just disable the page builder and use the wordpress editor. If you need to use page builder, then enable it and try to drag and drop the modules. You cannot use simultaneously both wordpress editor and page builder.

We know the fact that we can use one editor at one time. But the issue is on adding any content and updating it, all content vanishes. We need a solution for that. Please let me know what I can do on my end to have you better understand our problem.

You can use it in only one site. If you want to use it in multiple sites, you need to purchase another licenses. If you need to use it in 3 websites, then you need to purchase 3 licenses.

I’m also still getting the “Kids Life” logo popping up even though I can’t seem to find where it’s coming from. I’ve replaced the logo in the Kids Life backend editor and it’s frustrating that I see it.

I tried following the steps to get instagram in my header sociable, and I cannot for the life of me make it work. I don’t think it’s as simple as you say. Could you please help? I’m trying to launch the site.
If it’s easier, just tell me how to get rid of the pop up with the name of the social media. I think it’s the “tooltip” but I really would like to get rid of that.

Kindly follow the process shown below:
1) Open the folder “Wp-content/themes/kidslife/images/sociable/ through FTP” and add an image for instagram. And keep the image name as “instagram.png”.
2) Add the hover image at “Wp-content/themes/kidslife/images/sociable/hover/ through FTP” and add an image for instagram. Keep the image name as “instagram.png”.
3) Open “Wp-content/kidslife/soulmedic/style.css”, and add the line as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi, love this theme and am currently working with it – but the color bar above the menu doesn’t show on mine, nor does the color splashes under the titles of the bottom footer widget. I’ve reuploaded the theme in the case that not all translated, but to no avail. Thoughts?

2) Enable style picker in your site. If you logged in as admin, then the style picker will not be shown. If you logout from dashboard, you can see the style picker. Else load the site from another browser, so that you can see the style picker. Hope it is clear.
