I have a lot of problems with the theme.
1. The child theme it’s not showing up. 2. I’ve installed the dummy data. Nothing it’s showed in the front end. But in the backend, everything it’s in place. 3. I’ve tried to make another color palette, but it’s not changing the colors. Just bugs the buttons.

Hello, yes the theme should be compatible with WP version 4.4.2
I just purchased the theme and I have loaded the theme both by FTP and then by WP Admin by uploading the files from the computer. It uploads the main folder for the theme, but WP says the child is not properly formatted to load and gives errors. Again, I have loaded it both ways. By FTP, didn’t work. Then tried to load the child theme from the WP admin theme upload. WP doesn’t recognize the child theme. Please answer me here as I don’t want to wait 3 days for a ticket in your support system as it is a simple answer/fix. Thanks!

There’s language file included. So you can translate the theme in a few ways:
1. installing of extra plugin (WPML or https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/? or some another one)
2. external software using, e.g. Poedit (https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/tools/poedit/?)

Hello. The problem should be in .less file cannot be compiled. Try to increase memory_limit on your server to 192M. Hope it helps.

Hello. There are sets of elements available to be edited via Theme Options tools. Thus is you need some single element to be changed, extra css codes should be added (or existing edited). You can add extra css in Theme Options section for custom css.

There’s an option to change colors of elements sets in admin panel, however if you’ll need to edit separate single elements colors, you can add extra css codes in special section of admin panel.
