Hello, I recently installed the theme and dummy content and for some reasons, when I try to click on any of the speaker pages, I get a page not found error. It even happens when I edit the page, confirm that there’s content, and click update. Is there a disconnect? Do I need to reinstall?

When I import demo content, the home page is imported as html code. So I can`t use visual editor with the elements and its hard to rebuild it. Any advise?

It seems like Rapid composer, a required plugin, isn’t activated. Please take a look at installed plugins and confirm that Rapid Composer is installed and activated. Once it is activated you should see its interface instead of the classic editor with row html code.

Please adjust the logo height and menu margins according to your needs.

If you refer to the logo at the top of the side menu, please use add the following statements as well:

margin: 0 -20px !important;
}
Adjust the negative margin according to your needs.

How we can update the theme ? Just download and upload it to directory ? And how we can arrange the size of the background picture, it shows different in different phones, Is there a possiblity to upload different background image for mobile ?
Yes, just replace theme directory with new one. There are many different screen sizes so images will be displayed differently. The only option is to try with some custom CSS which will replace the image, e.g.
@media (max-width: 640px) {
#your-section-custom-id {
background-image: url("your-mobile-image-url");
}

Is there a way to the “Loading Page” graphic and wait between each page load? Seems unnecessary and a hindrance to browsing the site quickly.

It means that you need to install and activate WooCommerce plugin to be able to import that demo.

Please check again, your logo is now 55px high (it was 50px). You can change that value but not too much (because space in header is limited).

Hi I am having major issues with this template, I uploaded the template and everything is fine for a day. A day later the template crashes or disappears http://cpdsocial.com .Also issues when linking a youtube video to the header, It works for a day and a day later the video appears underneath the header and shifting the entire template. We need the page in Estonian and in English as it is international event. Do you know when can you add WPML support? Another question is about Youtube and mailing lists. Is it possible to link with Mailchimp? Is it also possible to link with Youtube channel? And the last question is about the footer – is it possible to change what you can see in footer, for example is it possible to add contact information also on footer, and maybe some other links to subpages?

We can not be sure yet about WPML update release date, but probably it will be online until end of April. We have no any special options regarding linking to YT or MailChimp. You can put links in footer and also other content like contact information.

Maybe, but we do not support this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/eventbrite-api/ (it means that you must take the risk in case anything goes wrong, we simply never tested such integration).

It only imports “Home” and no other content or pages. Using the Corporate.xml file with BTImport
Corporate is one page demo. Corporate and Conference are separate sites and separate demos. Also splash page with split screen is separate site in native WP multisite environment. Maybe you can import Conference and we can send you code for Corporate page, then you can have both on one site.

Conference demo should be also there. Do you see conference_woocommerce.xml when you go to BT Import?

Revolution slider has not been tested with Eventim so far. Our guess is that it should work (there is no reason why it shouldn’t), but is still a guess.

At the bottom of the page set Animations property to Half page. You will not get images (they are not licensed to third party use anyway), so you would need to add your own images as section backgrounds
In order to have the same effect as on the demo, you need to style your images like this: http://eventim.bold-themes.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/split-screen.jpg
