Hi,
Im trying to change the name of the “Description” tab in the product page under the image. The default name is description but i want to change it for something different. I know a quick way would be to use the code:
body.single-product .tabs { display: none; }
to hide the description tab and then use the custom tabs for wordpress and create my own one, but i want to know if there is a less dirty way of doing this.
On the other hand, and a BIGER problem is with the product image. Please see the link: http://www.oxynergy.com/v2/product/power-infuse-cleansing-cream/ you will see the template is cutting of the top bit of the image (put your mouse over the top to see what is missing), but not just there, even on the shop view does it as well: http://www.oxynergy.com/v2/index.php/shop/ can you please help me on amending this? i need to be able to see the full image, no matter if it resizes it a bit smaller or what ever other method, but i really need to be able to show FULL image.

I manage to fix my self the problem with the images, but I’m stil having problems regarding the word “Description” on the tab bellow the product, is there any way you can help me on changing that text to what ever I want? and remember im using WPML so hopefully it will be a string i can translate

To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

Im sorry but i dont think you understood my problem… i dont need to TRANSLATE the string, as i do already have WPML to do so, what i need is to CHANGE in the original language (english) the actual string, so instead of saying Description, it says Skint type and information.

Hello, I’ve this three issues I’d like to get rid. I’m sure it’s stupid but don’t know how to make it right. 1. on my shop page (http://www.mariescorner.com/eshop/shop/), i’d like to have a pagination (already set to 3 rows). My shop page contains only 1 laboratory products in visual Composer. 2. Sidebar is set to left but it appears under my products on the left 3. How can I get the sort tool right to the title? It doesn’t appears.

You are using an old version of our theme and the latest version for the moment is (2.8), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Important: Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hi Guys,
I’m also getting the following error when creating custom pages with Woocommerce Product Page for Visual Composer. It’s an add on plugin that allows for the product pages to follow the same custom layout we are creating with Visual Composer which is part of the Aurum Plugin set. I know that the Product Page for Visual Composer is not part of the plugin set but product pages cannot be customized to follow the same look as the rest of the site without it. I’m really hoping you would be willing to help me out on this.

Love the theme! I am however customizing the them with visual composer that is part of the them plugin set and am running into an issue with Cart pages, Checkout pages and other taxonomy type pages. I am creating a border around the content area of the theme giving it a boxed look which is looking really nice for what I’m doing. Unfortunately, when I view the Cart, Checkout and other taxonomy type pages the content area is expanded almost to the right and left edges of the screen. The top padding is also lost as the bordered content area is pushed all the way to the top. I need to have these pages configured to follow the same layout as the other standard pages in the website. I can send you screen shots of the pages if needed. What email address do I send them to? I’m working on WampServer so I am unable to show you online.

It would be easier for us if we just had your site URL and explain the exact problem, if possible with screenshots and we would try to fix these pages.
Regarding the product page and visual composer, I don’t know if I understood your question but if you want to modify the product page with Visual Composer that’s not possible.
P.S: I saw that you have created some other tickets, can you please try to add all your questions in one thread, because in this way is easy for us to understand what you have done and what is left, also is would be easy for you to post in one thread

Hi Art, Unfortunately, I’m creating my site on WAMP locally on my computer and do not have it up on the web yet. I did take care of the Product page by the way so that is no longer a problem. The only thing left is setting the Cart and Checkout pages to the same format as the rest of the site. Do you have a link that I can Upload screenshots so that you can see what I’m talking about?

The best would be to see the site live so we could inspect it, anyway you can upload images in any image uploader service.
P.S. Are you sure you’ve assigned these pages in the WooCommerce settings and set the cart page to Cart?

The slider on the homepage has nothing to do with the purchase code. So can you please send us your site URL and also can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer 
P.S: Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme

Hi, I cannot access the laborator theme options in the wordpress dashboard for this theme. Hi, I updated the theme 2.8 and the woocommerce 2.5.2 and in single product page the thumbs of the product, on the left side in my case, are not scrolling when I select the last thumb we can see (I’ve got around 10 images for each product) but if I click the arrows inside the main images all images are displayed but from the fifth image the thumbs never appear (I selected to show 5 thumbs) and the automatic scrolling is not working. Thumbs from the sixth to the tenth are always hide. With the old versions of Aurum and Woocommerce the thumbs were automatically scrolling and all thumbs were displayed . ¿How can I make them scrolling in order to be displayed?

Hello, I just bought Aurum, which I like it very much, and I have an issue with the LayerSlider WP. The bookstore template big static picture doesn’t appear anymore, and back in my admin in LayerSlider sliders also. There is a message that my LayerSlider version is 5.6.2, and the latest version is 5.6.3. I entered Envato toolkit, and there is only a tab (Settings), the Themes tab for updates is not… Maybe I do sth wrong. Could you guide me, please? Txs

After the latest update the layer slider’s settings dissapeared The window for slider settings in dashboard went completely blank. If I select to create a new slider it just shows a blank window.
I would show you a screengrab, if this comment box would allow it.
The slider was updated to the latest version, so I don’t understand what went wrong. I tried completely deactivating and deleting the slider plugin but the problem persists anyway.

Hi there,
It would be better if you could just downgrade to an older version of the LayerSlider, the theme is not compatible to the latest version and we do not recommend updating plugins manually because it will cause a lot of issues, you can only update it if we have written down in the changelog.

I have a few problems with my website when I enter it on mobile.
1. Almost all pictures I have on my website is in completely wrong format, should’t this be autosized depending on what device you enter the website with? (Homepage, The Journal, Our story etc)
2. At product single page the pictures is in correct format and I can see what I am looking at but they are not centered on the screen, they are floating to right.
3. I want the layerslider to but in full height on mobile like it is on computer screens. I have ealier asked about a shortcode that can display ‘one’ picture at computer devices and ‘one’ other picture when you enter mobile devices.
Would be very pleased if I could have some support with these problems.
One other thing to ask, Is it possible to make a custom ‘Add to Cart’ icon that I place anywhere on my site?

Hi there, I have already added google analytics codes to the website under theme option, but since the adwords conversion tracking code should be only added into a specific page to tracking conversions, I wonder how can i add to that single page. Thank you!
