This is a beautiful theme with many options. I’m thinking of buying it. Just wondered which font was used for the “soul.” logo?

The MENU disappears when it is on mobile devices AND to make matters worse, all images in woocommerce are BLURRY on divices. loudbrandcreative.com/indiastory oh and even better…you cannot CUSTOMIZE the shop portion colors in this theme. ALSO…absolutely NO theme tools? I’m really disappointed in this purchase.

Hi, I’m very interested in buying your theme but I have a few questions before doing so:
1. I currently have this website which I will re-design hopefully using your theme: https://slick-watches.com . Is it possible to import all products (including images) from this one and make them work with your theme?
2. Can I also import the reviews for all the products (including client images from the reviews) to each product accordingly? I am using YITH plugins exclusively
3. I’m also looking to install the Affiliate plugin from YITH (I currently have some affiliates that promote my products), would this work with your theme?
4. Does your newsletter box support Mailchimp and/or Aweber?
5. I will also install some pop-us, lost cart plugins as well as 1-2 more that I can’t remember right now. Would it also work with these?

1. Currently, your site is powered by WordPress, then you don’t need import anh product anymore. Just install, active our theme and enjoy.
2. Please check the answer #1
3. We’ve tested our theme with that affiliate plugin. However, if you found any issue which related to our theme, you could open a ticket and get our support asap.
4. Yes it supports Mailchimp
5. We’re not guaranteed! There are a lot of plugins for testing.

Great theme, I’m very interested in buying it. Some sales questions for you:
1.) Do you have a product demo page with variable options? (colors, size, etc)
2.) Is there a product list browse page with NO sidebar, for example a 3 column list?
3.) Logo option – Are we able to upload a logo at 2x and change the width height attributes so it will look sharp on retina devices? (example: logo.png is 200px x 80px, but we set the width height to 100px x 40px)
4.) @991px the menu converts to mobile, this is good but the shopping bag item number is BEHIND the bag icon. Could you fix this?
5.) My account login page > It’s quite large to have the inputs a full page width. Would you consider making the inputs half the width when viewing above 991px?
6.) Contact page > would you consider styling the contact form 7 responses to match your theme style rather than just using the default contact form 7 styles? (the yellow and red outline responses)
Lastly, your themes landing page (http://wp.rivertheme.com/landing/ri-soul/) link for Home-6 links to Home-9. Also, the page demos footer says Copyright @ 20015 – 2016. These don’t matter but just a heads up.

We’ve just updated our demo! Now you can check the shop without sidebar and product page with variable options.
The theme also support retina logo.
There is no issue with my account page! It displays well.

Looking better. Yeah the contact form 7 my question was about styling the responses, no worries I could do the custom css.
As far as mobile use goes there is still a bug that allows horizontal scrolling (which should not happen)
Testing on both iPhone and iPad, what happens is I’m able to move left and right on the page. I understand the viewport is set to allow user scalable which is good for zooming in but it should not zoom out past the sides, there seems to be a padding/margin issue going on.
You’ll also notice the slider text is off center as well (but that could be a rev slider issue.)
Let me know if you’re able to fix that.

No problem, in the following images you’ll notice the excess margin on the right. You’ll also notice the scroll bar has a horizontal scroll. None of these should be happening.
Test it on an iPad for yourself and you’ll see.
