I’ve recently purchased a wordpress theme “Dream Spa – Responsive Beauty Salon WordPress Theme ”. Everything is working find except SLIDER as well as MEDIA. In Media, I’m trying to upload images but it is giving me error “HTTP ERROR”. I unable to upload any of the image neither from WORDPRESS BROWSER nor the FTP. Kindly suggest me a proper solution accordingly.

Do you have a timeline of when the update will be completed? I have a client who wants to use this template and I have installed WP already. If I purchase the template now, will this version be compatible with 4.4.2 do you think? I have to get the site done and I don’t want to put in all their content, only to have to overwrite it with the demo content to have the site setup like it. And I don’t want to purchase it only to find out it doesn’t work.

1) If your wordpress uploader does not work. Please connect your server via ftp
2) Move to folder wp-content/themes/
3) Upload the dreamspa theme files ( the files inside the folder dreamspa )
4) Activate it via Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes.

I just downloaded this theme and got it all installed. The home page is not displaying correctly and the theme page builder is not showing at all in the edit page option. I see the shortcodes but do not see a button to switch to the page builder.

Yes I found that. However. On the home page. 4 galley images r showing at the top and when I enable the page builder all of the content disappears from the page???

1) Please go to gallery individual items and delete placeholder images then check it out.
2) In our demo content, we have created page using shortcode builder so if you use page builder content it will over ride. You have to create new page and customize content by using page builder.

Is there any way to make an icon box set in 1/3 columns a slider? Meaning, I need to set up about 11 icon boxes on the homepage, but want to be able to have arrows on each side making them rotatable. See my current website.

hi I changed header.php if I put this new file in child folder wp-content/themes/dreamspa-child/headers nothing changed, it works only if the file header.php is in main folder. Is it ok?

It looks like button Disable Menu Settings in Appearance section does not work. Nothing changed. Only if I use custom css my menu in section Intergation is changed. Can you fix it?

If you enable the button “Disable Menu Settings” to “Yes”, then the settings that you have done in that section will not work, because you have disabled. If the settings needs to work, you need to set the button “Disable Menu Settings” to “No”. Hope you understand.

I am having issues adding dividers to my hours of operation. I need them to be on separate lines so they are legible. I noticed that you stated to “Kindly, Use our divider shortcodes in the place of line break. You can generate the divider shortcodes from the shortcode builder in the editor section.” This doesn’t seem to be working. I have refreshed and cleared my cache. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just open all the gallery items in the backend and remove the images attached to each of the gallery item and save all the gallery items. The issue will be resolved. Please have a look.

I can no longer insert a custom logo in the box on the ‘General’ tab in the theme options. Buttons for remove do not work. I can no only display the text title or the Dream Spa logo: can ‘t remove that one neither… Any suggestions to solve this?
