Hi,
I moved an existing website with your theme to a Multisite. Everything works except for the Page Builder. It doesn’t show the Page Builder button. The blocks etc. also don’t have it.
Is there a separate plugin for the page builder which I have to copy as well?
Hi there, not sure why it’s not working. Could you check if the Page Builder is disabled in Theme Options > Global?

Hi there, seems like you have a problem with a plugin named ‘woothemes-updater’. This is not a part of Flatsome. Try disable the plugin and check if that helps.

It would be really great if you could fully implement an icon font. For sorry, icomoon is used, but has only very few icons included. It would be great to have an icon font with a huge selection of icons that can be used in content elements, blocks and shortcodes, for example on feature boxes instead of uploading images.

I’ve done it now, erased line h1 class=”entry-title”><?php the_title(); ?> in the content-page.php file. Not sure why it was necessary though? Is there a better way?

Hi Everyone, I’m looking for an option on this Theme, I know I can organize my Products from A-Z or by ID, Articles No. Etc. But I’m getting problem with some stuff over there, I don’t know if this situation is already resolved, if yes please send me the link where the solution is. So, clearly, I have some products from A-Z organized, but how can I do manually the organization of the Alphabet? I got 3 times Blue as Name and I want to know how put each one but without a number, an easy way is Blue1, or 1Blue….But I don’t want it. I’m looking forward and waiting for an answer ASAP. I was trying to achieve a true full width design with Flatsome. For some reason I can never get full width. Changing from Default to Full Width doesn’t change anything even if changed on the Theme Options as well. My client would like to have a wider content area. Is this achieved in the Theme Options or CSS? If so, how for a Full width to the edge of the screen or keeping a padding on the sides?

Changing things to full width should be possible with custom CSS.
So all of the things I requested can only be changed by custom css? So what is your full width if it’s not really full width? Sorry I use a few themes here and not everyone uses the same terms I guess.
Hi! I have trouble with the Woocommerce cart pop up in the right top of the site and also in the “cart widget” in the sidebar. I can’t get to the Cart and Checkout pages by the two buttons. Also, I can’t remove articles from there, it’s always refreshing the page that i am into. Is that an ajax problem?

For some reason my mobile version of the site does not show the menu drop down anymore. It shows the 3 rows of lines icon that suggest you can expand the menu, but clicking on it does not actually bring down a list of menu items. Can you tell me what’s wrong?

Also, i would like to display add to cart and quantitiy buttons for variable products on my home page rather than just select option which leads to the product page itself so that clients can order on the front page. Hi there, I tried installing this as a plugin but it failed. I went to upload this zip file exactly as it is as a plugin and it gave me the error: The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Also, i tried extracting the main quickfix folder and then add it to zip and uploading that instead and i got the error The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. Did I do something wrong?

I did… still shows select options. This is the only thing i hate about the theme but its a major one
It’s not an error if it shows ‘Select option’ if it it’s a product with variations. This is normal.
You mustnt have read what i wrote earlier. I want the add to cart button shown but it only shows select option and when i click on select option its not a drop down. It simply goes to the product page. When its a simple product however i can actually add to cart on same page and it shows procing and quantity
