Hey! I`m about to buy your theme! I think it would perfactly fit my needs. But there are a few questions left: Is there the possability to get a read confirmation from registererd users for blog entrys? Maybe with Checkboxes at the end of a post/News? Or an autamaticly tracking plugin or somethink like that?
I`m about to create an Intranet for about 100 people and there has to be this feature.
The next question: Is there a way to make pop-ups/notification for users, when there a new blogposts? And this popup wont go away until they read this post?
It will be highly thankful if you answer the questions.

Here again, I didn’t found anything about it… A lot of plugins for the popups but nothing like that, I’m sure it exists yet.
Well, really sorry for the bad news here. But here are some plugins requirements so it’s pretty hard for us to help here.

I`ve found some interessting plugin, which gets really close to the plugin i`m looking for: https://wordpress.org/plugins/read-and-understood/Maybe you could add this feature in future updates. For an Intranet theme it would be very usefull.

Hi, I do have many questions regarding your theme. It will be highly thankful if you answer the below.
1. LearnDash is compatible with Zapier apps. So, If I apply this theme, and integrate it with LearnDash, there is no problem on using zaps(Apps in Zapier)? Please refer to Zapier website: (https://zapier.com/zapbook/).
2. Is it only for E-learning courses (Online Video Class)? It’s because my classes are fully off-line English courses, and I want to use this theme and LearnDash to show my curriculums, and to let my students use LMS online.
3. Is it also responsive in the mobile web? Moreover, can it be integrated with WiziApp? If possible, I want to make it as an App, so that our customers can access to LMS through an app.
4. Can it be integrated with WPMU?
5. I think this theme has only dashboard or intranet with various features. It seems it does not provide course page, and general pages like company introduction page, company history, and etc. (Extranet). What should I do if I want to apply this theme, but I need general page building feature?
6. Does it require hiring programmer to integrate with LearnDash, and to change into our language(Korean)? (We are education company in Republic of Korea). Furthermore, do you provide customization service yourself (Of course I’m willing to pay for this work).
7. In addition to student dashboard and instructor dashboard in the website, does it have supervisor dashboard where human resource manager or parents can supervise their employees’ or children’s learning details? (If not, maybe I can buy 3rd party plugin, and create custom users and grant them access to the privileges I wish? And I can name the custom users and ‘parent’ or ‘supervisor’?)
8. Can I change the layouts of some pages, dashboard? And add some new features in student and instructor dashboard?
9. This theme already has lots of plugins in it. Is there any limitation on using other 3rd party plugins? (Ex. Some other plugins cannot work in this theme)
10. Can students create their own group chatting room?
11. Instructor will not have only one class, but at least several classes. Can instructor create each class chatting room, and invite the students, and discuss any details?

Here we go 
1. I just checked it’s also compatible with Wordpress. So I never tried but as we’re are a Wordpress theme I strongly believe it is.
2. It’s based on Wordpress so basically it’s on a server using a SQL database. So you need something to host your site at some point. Local server / Shared hosting / VPS / Dedicated server… Your call, that’ll works.
3. Yes Woffice is responsive but regarding the app details, please can you search for “App” in the search field on the comments page here. I already replied this question few weeks ago with a complete answer. Yet I can copy/past the answer here if you prefer 
4. Yes, many of our customers are using it.
5. Well we don’t play that much with it in our demos but you can create any page using Wordpress and we’re including a pretty nice Page Builder. With a lot of shortcodes/elements to build ANY layout.
6. No, you don’t need any “specific” skills for that except reading English. We do provide customization. See : https://woffice.io/customization-service/
7. Yes you can create/change any role (capabilities and names). Then using some plugins, display one dashboard per role. You can also manage access for almost everything.
8. Yes, we’re using Widgets so basically you can whatever you want using our widgets or any other plugin’s widgets (you have 20000+ plugins available
)
9. Nope, we obviously haven’t tried all the plugins but we’re compatible with a LOT of 3rd party plugins. You can whatever you need. Also, we only advice few plugins (EventON, FileAway, WiseChart, Buddypress) but feel free to deactivate them.
10. Using WiseChat ? Interesting feature, you can see that with the plugin’s author but I don’t think so. However there are a LOT of plugins about chatting on Wordpress.
11. As long as they’re Group Admins, they can create new groups and add any member or attach any course. So yes.

1. There are many features in Leandash (http://www.learndash.com/wordpress-course-plugin-features/), and It seems all these features are not seen in your school demo version. Are you sure it’s fully compatible with Learndash? And what about the web designs of these features? I don’t see it at all..
2. Your theme works well in the mobile. Users have no problem with using their own dashboard, and do social chatting in the mobile web? I was wondering how they can do these two features in the mobile web.
3. Learndash is updating their features very often. Are these updates immediately compatible with Woffice? Or it takes time to be integrated with their new features?
4. Can instructors log in to their own account, and grade their students, leave comments, check the attendance, send message to students, and ect? On the other hand, students can log in to their own account, and check their grades, check the comments, check their attendance, do chatting with classmates and instructor, send private message to instructor and etc.?
5. I have very little knowledge with computer programming, building up website, codes, and etc (basically no computer knowledge at all). So, I am planning to hire people who can integrate Learndash to Woffice, make all the features of these two workable with little customization, and add some more 3rd party add-on (3-4 new add-on). After all this work is done, they will provide education on how to manage it myself. They quoted almost $4,000 US dollars for this work, and mentioned it will take 35 days to complete. Do you think it’s reasonable price? To be honest, I want to request all this work to you (since you are the developer, you are the most reliable one), but I’m not sure how our collaboration is going to be since we cannot discuss in face. Even the communication is little problem because I am pure South Korean.

Here we go :
1. Yes, 100% sure as we’ve been working with their team about that. But yes we’ve made a lot of CSS changes for Woffice design. And we don’t show everything on the demo. But we’ll work on improving that later.
2. Dashboard on Woffice is just a widget area so no big deal, all is handled by CSS. And the Chat is working with Ajax which is supported on mobiles.
3. Works directly out of the box. We don’t change their feature we’re just making them looks good in Woffice. The theme is updated about every week. So if there is any issue be sure it’ll be fixed right away.
4. Using Buddypress features and the BadgeOS plugin for the grades (or Learndash, it’s your call). Yes you can do these things. It doesn’t come installed when you purchase Woffice but takes a minute using the good plugins : Buddypress, Learndash and a form plugin like Gravity form.
5. I don’t have any idea of the cost in South Korea for this job but at least you’ll be sure to have something perfect for you. Well it might be a bit expensive in my opinion but if they handle everything…Our customization team is a bit overwhelmed right now so we can’t handle anymore request :/

Pre-Buying question. I see in the demo that the theme has a custom login on top of wordpress, but can a landing page be added as well with a login somewhere?
I checked the documentation link and it doesnt talk about anything like that. If so, where does the marketing of the site would go?
Can that be done or is it just like the demo where the site is closed it only shows the login, then no landing page is possible for new prospect members?
I will be using SSL, I am doing something similar to a public blog with exclusive membership content. (with a landing page for it)
I already tried submitting a ticket to ask about it, from the links on other comments here, but it requires a purchase code, and I cant purchase it if I cant do what I need to do with it.

You have several options to do that : Use a multisite install to run 2 themes, one for the marketing side (as we do for the demo) and another one for the Woffice side. Or use one Woffice and set some pages as public (many options about that). You can also use different Wordpress setups. But the Landing page isn’t included, just drop us a ticket and we can send you the HTML template OR Wordpress theme for free.
You won’t have any issue with SSL, we already tried, it’s working fine.

- Buddydrive : https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddydrive/, exactly what you’re looking for yet not really updated and interface is weird. Yet it works just fine.
- Rtmedia : https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/, there is an option to make all the files private. But it’s much better if you only upload images. Otherwise you’ll have to buy some addons.

Hello, some pre-purchase questions please, hopefully it will help the others:
1-) Is it possible to combine groups & classes & courses? Here’s the idea: I want to create some sort of discussion platform where people may ask questions and get answers, but this platform will be only reachable to some specific groups, which will be class students in our cases.
2-) Is it possible to create courses, questions, groups, classes etc. on the front-end? Create options on School Demo doesn’t seem to work even as a teacher.
3-) Is it easy to handle back-end parts? I remember myself bought a few other themes with beautiful demos with lots of features but needed lots of work at the back-end. I’d really like to handle most of the work on the front-end.

1. Yep sure, there is Buddypress plugin made by the folks at BuddyDev, it adds the possibility to sync Groups, Courses & Lessons. In each group you’ll see the attached courses/lessons and then you can discuss, share files or anything else within the groups.
2. Sorry we have some troubles with our demos, as any visitor can do anything, it’s pretty hard to maintain them… But we’re on it. You can use this plugin : https://wisdmlabs.com/front-end-course-creation-for-learndash/?ref=7 Not included, but we’re compatible and it’s working just well.
3. That’s the idea behind Woffice, frontend, frontend, frontend… Except for the admin’s stuff (Theme Settings, Plugins config…hopefully!)
4. We’ve been working really hard on it yet, but we’re still on it adding some improvements on every update. But if you do have some nice thoughts about it, please reach me at 2f.ticksy.com, I’d love to talk further about it, but regarding the interface it’s quite complex because there is a LOT of things to handle.

Hi, I wanted to know if there was a fix or a reason why when ever you add a project, it shows up nicely on a project page, but once you click on it to take you to that specific project’s information, it doesn’t show a page and takes you to “Oops we can’t find what you’re looking for” page? Not sure what I’m missing here, lol. Very nice theme though, beautiful.

Hi. Is there an option to give users access to different pages based on rolesor groups? For instance let Head Quarter Members read all posts and pages, let Managers read posts and pages meant for them and hide those pages and posts to other members of the organisation?
