I am not satisfied at all with this template and like to return my money immediately No support, complete different admin part then the tutorial shows. Complete waste of money for me.

I don’t know the ticket number, I used the support option “http://www.magentech.com/support/tickets?envato_item_id=11452732”

and when I create the ticket don’t ask me the to create a user, I already create a ticket and use my email and the purchase code on ticket form.

I’m really angry is the second time I buy something here and the support is simply ridiculous, shameful if they can not support all customers so do not sell this service

if you do not you send me the demo package will seek reimbursement and certainly never recommend this template and any other service to someone.

Your ticket system seems to be having some issues when one register hence i never get to access anything rather emailing works better for me.
