I found out that your code was the problem. load_theme_textdomain( ‘webly’, get_template_directory() . ’/lang’ ); is missing on your functions.php. I hope you will fix this asap because without that you can’t change the language.
Also that doesn’t solve all the problems. There is still some things that doesn’t get translated no matter what.

we used to have it that way in previous themes but as new rules are enforced on Themeforest by reviewers we were forced to remove that line and include that in style only with Domain Path: /lang Translations seem to work for most, so please write via support so I can check this on your website.
