Dear Ylli, thanks for getting back! When someone scrolls down the header has the same height. Is it possible to reduce the height of the header slightly when scrolling down? Currently the header has the same size when scrolling down as it has when viewing the website at the very top.

Regarding the LayerSlider update, we will release an update with the latest plugin update soon, you can’t update it manually as that is not allowed by the slider author.

P.S. You’re using an old version of Visual Composer, it is better to stay updated to avoid problems and issues with the theme, to do that go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

We don’t have any ETA on this, when the theme seems a bit outdated and plugins release new updates and the theme is not compatible to them then we will release a new update. To hide the button it would be better just to temporary disable the plugin.

To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.

1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations

2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc

3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w

4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek

5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w

Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ

After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

Also you must know that your rating was not a good idea. When you contact envato for refund they send us an email asking if we can accept the refund or not, so we are asking you kindly to increase that rating and cooperate with us until we solve the issues, or just increase the rating and then we will refund your theme if you don’t plan to use it.

2500+ costumers can’t be wrong, so the problem is on your server limitations.

We understand that troubleshooting such issues can be frustrating at times. Try to stay calm, and be more cooperative and if you need help you can always write us a question here on this thread.

The PHP limits meet or exceed those requirements. I have no problems with dozens of other installs across my servers. I saw 2,500 questions here, freaked out, and purchased another theme. I’ve now given you a 5 star rating. Thanks for responding.

I’ve tried the same settings and worked just fine for me. It was showing right order for me. So please make sure you are not using any plugin for re-ordering taxonomies.

As for number of columns, we are going to fix this in the next update of Aurum.
