Hi Guys,
First of all cheers for new update and LinkedIn added to share buttons
Regarding Upsells Widget, I was suggesting making it flexible by adding an option to actually set the number of products to display, not only increasing it to 99
Hope that will be possible in some future update.
Other things.
I’ve noticed you have changed breadcrumbs to be H1 on product archives pages. I see that as a mistake, I don’t want it to be H1 and I’d like to change it back to what it was (H3 or H4?) – which file should I modify please?
P.S. I do hope that you will consider changing that product-archive.php for woocommerce, as I suggested before. It really seems to work better when using custom taxonomies like tags and attributes archives.
Oh, and one more thing, as I understand we can delete the Taxonomy Metadata plugin safely now?
Hi there, we have uploaded a new version now where the breadcrumbs are reverted back

Cheers for that
For your convenience, some CSS errors to correct in one of the next updates found in foundation.css
Line 469 – I believe it should be background-repeat: no-repeat;
Line 4191 – I believe there should be no double quotes there for border-radius values
Line 9360 – something strange before checkbox labels styling?
There’s also quite many Parse Errors, which I’m not sure about, mostly related to following value *zoom=1;
Kind Regards
New Google Plus icon please
Is there a way to install your theme updates directly through Wordpress?
Hi there, try use this plugin for automatic theme updates: http://envato.github.io/wp-envato-market/dist/envato-market.zip
Learn more here: https://github.com/envato/wp-envato-market
Seems it still is in development. Did you test it already?
Yeah it seems to work ok. It’s currently the only option. I think they are close to an official release.
I don’t know if I am alone in facing this, but I can’t seem to understand the dimensions for the images for the sliders. I tried to measure the images on my desktop view, but the images look un-naturally cropped.
Also, the image looks totally blurry. The original images I uploaded is much sharper. I am using an image optimization plugin but the image looked that way even before I installed the plugin. I am not sure if its a theme problem though.
The documentation does not have details of the image dimensions (surprisingly). Can you help me out here? My website is www.dressmyphone.in. I just have the home page slider enabled currently and it looks awful to me.
I am also attaching an image right here so you can see for yourself.
If you need me to raise a support ticket, please let me know.
Hi there, the banners uses the ‘large’ image format for your WordPress. We’ll make it possible to change what image size you want to use. You can change the ‘large’ image format in Wp-admin > Settings > Media.
Hi,
Can I enable theme auto update from admin dashboard? If I can, how?
Cheers.

Thank you very much.
Thank you for creating the best woo-commerce theme ever. Five star
So glad you never used visual composer. I removed last theme because Visual Composer is was way too sluggish.
Quick note, how come i cannot use page prev / next navigation buttons sidebar on left of product page.
Apart from than…. perfect!
Thank you
We’ll take a look if it’s possible to add it on the left sidebar.
Hi, i try to use Nextend Facebook login/register but get error when i click on the login link “406 Not Acceptable – This request is not acceptable” What should i do now? Thank for you newest update today
Hi there, did you follow the setup guide for the facebook plugin?
Yes. I do not know why but when i manual delete the “http” in URL “&redirect=http://www.mysite.com" -> It’s work
Any help?
Could you email this to support@uxthemes.com and we’ll try help you out. That’s the correct way to get support. Could you include a link to your site and access to your back-end if possible? Cheers
hi it says update failed because of missing style.css?
Hi there, did you use the correct zip file? flatsome-main-2.8.5.zip
Hi there, Can you please tell me how to make it so that there’s no “Reviews” tab on products? I’d like it not to show up and I don’t want people to be able to leave reviews or comments.
Also, is there a way to move the product zoom image over to the left and down a bit so that the site logo shows on a zoom?
Thank you!
Hi there, you can disable review in the ‘Advanced’ tab when you edit products.
We’ll make an option to completely disable reviews on the site in a future version of the theme.
FIXED: Disable Product slider if there is only one image. Guys, THANKS for this one!

Hi – great to see LinkedIn in Share icons in the new update! Was wondering when you will add LINE share icons as previously discussed (Japanese/Korean popular social media platform – integration instructions here: https://media.line.me/howto/en/).
Also promised and still waiting for:
1) ability to upload font families 2) Automatic “new” sticker functionality to expire after preset number of days.
Appreciate if you could provide ETA for when these three items will be available – thanks!!
Hi there,
We’ll add Line share icons to version 2.9
We’ll also take a look at the others, but I can’t promise anything.
Ok thanks!! Yeah those other two, other customers have discussed in the comments here, there are workarounds but would love to see them integrated into Flatsome properly
Thank you for updating the template. Politely remind the error about which you wrote once – not displaying the footer on the order page. Greetings!
Hi there, the footer is hidden in the footer on checkout pages by choice to get more focus on the checkout. You add it by adding this to custom CSS: .woocommerce-checkout .footer-1, .woocommerce-checkout .footer-2{display:block!important}
very clever solution. I did not think about it. I wanted to still ask whether it is in the template function to mobile devices (smartphones) from appearing recommended products, news, etc., as one column in portrait view?
Not sure what you mean, but I think you can change that in Theme Option > Category Page. Try change the product pr row on mobile.
Yes, but it is only in relation to the categories. Regarding the shortcodes on the home page and other pages created by pagebuilder and as such related products or news, this setting does not work.
Hi, can you guys put together some more demo designs that we can use?
Hi there, version 3.0 will have many new demo designs
Great!!! looking forward.
featured image works fine and clear on desktop but it is blurry on mobile devices…
looks like it brings the featured image from small thumbnail instead of from catalog image image.
my image settings are catalog image 247×300 product image 510×600 thumbnails 114×130 hard crop
Hi there, is your site online so we could take a quick look?
my website is nsrriding.com ... it’s blurry only on my iphone6… looks fine on computer screen….
I tried deleting media image size setting but no success
The menu dropdown is dropping out a little slow. How can i make it come down faster? change the ms speed
Hi there, sorry there is no option to do that. We have added it to our ‘wishlist’
Suggestions to where i could fix it on my own for now?
Can menu dropdown handle longer link names? I’m building two-column dropdown menu and experiencing some problems with names that are longer than 170px in total. I was following your hints from the flatsome documentation, but it looks like there’s a bug in styles.
And the second question: can I have images wider than 170px? The menu doesn’t handle them properly also
Hi there. Please click the item support tab or email support@uxthemes.com to get help. That’s the correct way to get support. Include a link to your site if possible
You should have an email in your inbox.
Hi, I would like to add an image in the ‘Show Right Content’ but I can’t seem to get it right. It keep pushing the My Account and Cart over and the image is not responsive. Can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks!

This theme is shit and has many problems, the support is also shitty and they takes days to respond, oh and they dont always respond. Save yourself time and money and do not buy this theme
Hi there, I’m sorry you have experienced that. Could you email your problems to tommy@uxthemes.com and I will personally take a look at it. Most people are happy with the support and the theme (as you can see on the ratings after 20 000+ sales). We’re working hard to make this theme easy to use and bug free.
3 month ago you said: “We’ll make sure sliding is disabled when there is only one image here in a future version of the theme.” 1. When should we expect this to happen?
2. Guess your solution will include loading less .js, but do you have a simple fix for the product page for now, until you add the correct fix? $(’.something’).draggable( “disable” )
Hi there, we have fixed this for next version
Suggestions to where i could fix it on my own for now?
No, but the new version is ready tomorrow
ah great news! have a good day
It’s up now
And its working perfectly. Thanks
Hi there
Doing some speed tests and I’m finding that icomoon.woff sometimes is taking a long time to load. What is it and how can I disable it? Thanks
Hi there, iconmoon is the icons on the site. It’s a small file and should not take long time to load. Could there be any problems with your host?
