Hello Author, I have a couple of questions about editing my single product page. 1- The site will be a shoe store. I managed to make the product a variable product however I can’t change the size of the drop down box (http://e76.af3.myftpupload.com/product/paul-smith/) it’s size is 525px to 34px. How can I change this value. This question applies to my other questions as well because I don’t know where these HTML files are stored/located. 2- When you go lower the page it says Description, Additional Information and Reviews. I don’t want to see them. Where are these headers located? How do I edit things like that? 3- In the status page it says the child theme has outdated copies of woo commerce template files. For example; “aurum/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0,” I connected to the site using filezilla, downloaded the php file and it says the version is 2.5.0. Am I doing something wrong? Or looking at the wrong place? 4- I prefer to use an inner image zoom feature for my products. WP doesn’t have it. I installed plugins for that, none of them worked, are you guys the ones who can help me with it or should I contact the author of the plugins?

You are using an old version of our theme (2.7) and the latest version for the moment is (2.8), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Important: Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hello again, I think I’ve updated the theme to 2.8. In plugins section there is no warning for an update except Woocommerce which I’ve updated just now to 2.5.3. However, in the status page I do have “aurum/woocommerce/order/order-details.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.3, ” warning. The others seem to be OK. 2. To hide them go to Custom CSS and paste this code:

Hello, after i transferred my site from a hosting to another with different i’ve got this issue in when i’m going to check theme options:
call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘laborator_main_page’ not found or invalid function name in /home/trendyb6/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 525
What is happening? Previous site was working totally fine (that is still there and fully operative)
I hope it’s just a plugin conflict, i’m trying to deactivate all plugins then check what is going wrong

Thanks for the quick response. I don’t want a multi language website, I just want to translate Woocommerce from English to Dutch. Normally I can translate the complete theme including Woocommerce with just the Po and Mo files.

To translate theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

Thanks for your response, I know how it works, did it more than ones but in this case when I fill in the translation file the theme doesn’t do anything with it. The translated words stay in English. I tried it with Loco Translations and by hand with Poedit both ways doesn’t work.

Hello there, i have noticed something strange. I have some filters on the woocommerce but when i am selecting a specific category and then a filter i get 0 products as a result. Shouldn’t i be able to filter both categories and specific filters?
Is there any chance that i am getting those results cause i am using Polylang ? I have just assigned to attributes proper language but still i am getting zero results.

Hi,
I installed the theme for the bookstore and it doesn’t look like as seen in demo. It’s 90% simililar though. I guess I need to import css.json as well but there is nothing written about it at the docs you provided. How can I import it? And if it is not because of css what could it be?

I tried to import the bookstore demo, but always get the same error:

In doing so I understand the Uber Menu Mobile Menu will not have the Search and Cart items but this is fine for my purposes.

We have a issue with the LayerSlider when adding video. When you access it from a mac on safari there is a play bar on the slider which interferes with the overall design and look of the webpage. When using from from a PC the play bar is only showing for a coupe of seconds.
And is it possible to make the slider play on mobile devices without press play? on my iPhone the slider won’t play the video on the slider at all.

1— I don’t know, maybe it renders the slider differently on the Windows machines, we will update Layer Slider on the next update of Aurum soon and maybe it will fixes this problem (if this is a problem of the LS plugin).
2— iOS doesn’t allow any video to autoplay on the website, you can see videos only if you click play on them. So this is not an issue of the Layer Slider but this are the limitations of iOS.

Hello,
I already contacted you about the WPML and product categories issue. I have this website: http://saboressaberesbb.polidesignstudio.com In the product categories, when i add a category, it appears on the categories table, but when i refresh the page, the category disapears and i cannot add a catagory in any of my products.
When i disable WPML, the issue disapears.
I already installed WooCommerce Multilingual plugin and I already had changed the permalinks but the issue remains.
Can you help me?

Hello, I love Aurum, thank you so much for the wonderful theme. (since today when I try to create a page ans add for ex. image gallery, I get a 404 error page, eventhough I saved the page. I believe this is a bug)
Now, I’m contacting you because I want my shop to look very minimalist in its features, this is why I want that there is no line (bar) under the header (as light as the bar is, I need to remove it because it is too large). Also, I got the same problem with the image gallery. The image is framed with light border. I want to remove it. I’ve read alle the documentation but I think this is custome Css. Could you help me please?

The problem is with your mail server (SMTP) which is not sending or receiving e-mails, this can be fixed by using WP Mail SMTP plugin in your WordPress and configure your mail server.
