I’m having the same issue as n8thegr8422 – I can’t seem to add video to the page at all. I’ve tried using the embed code, just pasting the url and changing the section it’s in. Nothing seems to work. Video should be appearing where the number 1 is a the bottom of the page – http://ihuboffice.com/why-choose-ihub/ any pointers on how to fix?
Update the theme to version 1.0.7available in your downloads section. You shouldn’t need to use embed code, just insert the video link into the ‘editor’ section.

Is it possible to run the theme properly without javascript? I mean is there are a preloader working which I could switch off?
There is an option in the theme settings to turn the page preloader graphic on/off.

Sorry, I thought you were asking about the preloader. The theme uses jQuery which is included with WordPress and requires JavaScript to run.
Sorry, but before I´m gonna purchase the theme I have to know how the frontend output will work if javascript is blocked. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have the full functionality but it’s important to be able to navigate and read the content. Is it possible to test the theme (without preloader) before buying?
The theme requires javascript to run. It uses jQuery & Ajax extensively and when the preloader is disabled and if the user has js disabled shows a message “Javascript is required for this site”.

In the parallax section, is there a way to adjust the opacity over the image? I just want it to not be as dark. If there’s CSS or something, please let me know. And where would I put it.
And I don’t mean the header image. I added a parallax section and I only want it brighter on this section.
Change the opacity:
.parallax-section .pg-developer-header-overlay {opacity: 0.3;}
You can go to appearance/editor and add it to the bottom of your style.css

Is there a way, through CSS or something, to have arrows over the image in the mini gallery? It’s just not obvious enough that you need to click on the picture. On mobile, however, the images have arrows on them. Just want to see if that can be done on desktop too.

when i use iphone to browse the website and click register, the form pop up and it is oversized for handphone, I cannot close the form. please help!

yes, it is still happening on the demo site. however, demo site has a “remove frame” button on the top-right, so i still can close it. but the form is oversized definitely

Hi. We just pushed out a theme update 1.0.5 that includes the latest plugin version in the premium plugins folder.
Ok, I updated the theme. The plugin still won’t update though. I downloaded the new theme folder and tried installing the plugin, but it failed. Please let me know steps I need to do to update the plugin.
On another note, how to I get the pre-loader colors to be the white & blue like the demo? I have the blue color chosen in the customize part, but it’s black and white still. The weird part is when in the customize section, it’s the correct blue and white. But after closing the customize part, it reverts back to black and white lines.
If the loader is correct in the customizer it means the setting has not been saved to the database. Change a setting in the customizer and hit save. That should commit the settings again.
You can activate a different theme and the delete cf plugin. Then activate the theme again and you should be promoted to install the plugin. Or you can upload the plugin manually.

With the plugin though, I deactivated it, then tried to delete it and that just reactivates it with a message: You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site.. I tried several times, it won’t delete! It just keeps reactivating it. I tried manually installing the new plugin but it failed.
You need to activate another theme first. Then deactivate the plugin and then delete it.
Ok, thank you. Got it deleted. Reactivated theme, brings me to the plugin installer page. I re-installed the plugin, but it’s the same old one.
ACF updated to 5.6.1 yesterday after the theme update. So we will push out another update today. You will get an email. Use the same process to update

I cannot update the ACF plugin. I followed instructions, when it re-installed, it is still on version 5.4.2.

Great theme! I’ve already purchased, one quick question: is there a reason why embeded videos don’t show up when I put them on a page? It’s just an empty space where they should be. The videos are from YouTube, is there some pre-existing code that strips iframes or something? I’ve tried some different page content options (editor, accordian, gallery) and anything that has the wysiwyg editor where I could normally place the YouTube embed code, does not work

Hmm, I tried that and it’s still not showing up. It shows up in the page dashboard when I insert the URL, but it’s not showing on the actual page (I’ve tried different browsers and cleared cookies/cache). Any other pointers that I could try?

The ‘models’ page in the demo is just a series of ‘mini-gallery’ sections. So for a new model/house you could just drop-in a new mini-gallery section and select the photos to include.

Ok, but if I want to add a Model, I have to add it in the Models list and also create a page for it ? In some WP themes I bought, for example, when I add a Sponsor, or a Team Member, every sections using these informations will be automatically updated. Thank you!
The theme doesn’t use templates. We’ve tried to make it more flexible so listings don’t need to use a standard template and different listings/modals/building pages can be laid out differently.

How can i change the theme dark color to white diminante? Like: Preloader background white, and the lines are green and dark green. The header is only a little bit shadowed not this too dark. Where can i change the font types and sizes? Where can i change the marker icons, and how can add more items? Whe I cannot upload MP4 video, via website, only FTP, and when i add to background in Firefox, and Chrome work, but not in IE.

How can i stretch the TAB-s??! If i have only 3 tabs i want to stretcht the full width (automatic all 33% width in TAB section.. if i have 2 tabs -> 50% width/tab.. Thank you!
It uses a video link because often for streaming video you will want to use a CDN or service. So you can link to video from anywhere not just on your server.
Most of these are css customizations. Create a child theme http://goo.gl/QXTSgL to make customizations. I would suggest using a browser tool like firebug for firefox or developer tools for chrome. If you need support please use the support forum here: http://pixelgrapes.com/support/forums
When I switch pages a little block of 4 lines comes up and movies around a bit before it goes to the new page. Is this normal ? Can I get rid of it? Is the video on the opening page included in the download?

I am hoping that you can contact me as soon as you get this. I purchased your theme and it was stolen from me. I own the license, and a Home Builder logged into my Godaddy account without my knowledge and now are using the theme after I customized it without a license.

What is the home builder website where it is being used?
I downloaded the theme onto my server, installed it and customized it. You can see that here: http://www.shipmyenemiesconfetti.com/vphomes. I don’t know how they did this (this isn’t the only thing they stole from me- brochures, accounts I had set up etc.) but they were able to hack my Godaddy account and migrate the entire site to vphomesinc.com I contacted Godaddy and let them know and you know they weren’t any help. They say that they are “working on it”... We’ll see. In a little while I am also filing a police report for theft of services in my home state.
Ok – I will flag this thread so Envato (ThemeForest) can take a look as they are the theme licensor.
There seems to be a problem with the CF7 shortcode. Will NOT work if it is not linked to a button??? It will not work if the shortcode is just added to a page???

Hello, I wanted to know If you could leave the video background even in smartphone browser?
It can be shown in Mobile browsers but they won’t ‘autoplay’ video.
If you cannot see the svg object, like up,next, prev arrovs, only add to htacces theese: AddType image/svg+xml svg AddType image/svg+xml svgz But, when you click to one picture, it will show, but not stretched to scrren, and you see the go up arrow too. How can remove it? And when you click the right side picture, this will always come from left, what is not nice.

Hi, I have downloaded the them and installed it successfully but when I activate it I am getting an error where it says ” Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in \\nawinfs06\home\users\web\b2109\ipw.opentecm\barringtonglobal\wp-content\themes\developer\functions.php on line 331”
Can you re-download the theme from your theme forest downloads section and try installing once more. Please let know.
