no one answer any questions! waiting for long and long time until 6 months ....then no answer, and the theme is inflexible.
Really no one does not install it is not complete it lacks files, not proffessional, I ask for the refund...

All files are included. The theme has been installed many times. Make sure you are installing theme 'developer.zip' file and not the 'main_files.zip' which included docs etc. Can you submit a support ticket so we can help? http://help.pixelgrapes.com
Although this is actually a very nice theme, there are a few issues with limited customisation, i.e. you cannot change the fonts using the built in features - a rather basic one for me. Most clients want their site to fit in with existing branding. Support also seems to be lacking, I am still waiting on queries posted over a week ago, and looks like other users have been waiting months. Also, bundled plug-ins are not included in the latest downloads in a timely fashion. You could be waiting weeks for those too.
It is a shame as the developer has created something nice here, just needs a few minor tweaks to sort everything out.

The theme has few options and they can hardly be customized. It looks good but buy only if you need these exact features.
Theme is out of this world! Support, well, no where near earth! No replies in over 1 week (cricket sounds in the background).
