Hi,
Ever since I updated the RT theme and the revolution slider a few days ago on a client’s site everything is a mess. The homepage used to start directly with a banner, and then the menu, and then the content of the home page. SInce the update the banner disapeared, so i tried inserting it into the template builder as suggested, but it puts it below the menu and it doesn’t go full screen. I pasted the slider code onto the page directly but then it doesn’t even show at all. It also started showing the page name on the home page which it did not do before.
How do I fix this please? The site was ready to go live until I updated, now everything is a mess.

Did you make a full backup of your wordpress install before you started the update including the database? If so please revert and show us the situation before you update as we need to know what is going on and which version you were using.

Hi, I updated to newest version , but I don’t see update for my Slider Revolution Plugin, there is no such option, only show I need to active LayerSlider WP in Install Required Plugins section

Hello,
I am using this theme in my localhost and so far the theme looks good. But I have a few problem that I encountered after I placed my horizontal line:
1. I put the horizontal line in a 1:1 content column inside a content row. I change the global style, and the horizontal line color did not change 2. BUT when I put the horizontal line out of the column and just inside the content row, the horizontal line changed according to the global style.
Does where I put my horizontal do matter?

To add to this. I would rather not develop a rt18 website on another url then the actual website / domain where it should run as the theme has encrypted serialized data for the template system and if you do a website move to the correct location those urls can not be replaced by search and replace. You need to use the duplicator plugin to move your website. We have entensive documentaion on this in the tutorial section of our forum. You can not move the development website in any other way.

how to change base currency same as set in woocommerce settings

You can change the language in the woo settings and that applies the currency symbol. Make sure you are using a font that supports that symbol.

Is there a way to make the page title take up the page width? Right now long titles are scrunched to the left. I’ve tried altering the CSS.

this works however it doesn’t work responsivly.. using auto width reverts back to the 364px
Possibly it’s the container that needs altering?

You can not alter the container. You can try and target the container writing media query and target the mobile screen with different css.

I’ve been using a last updated plugin to show when the page was last updated to visits but it takes it from the Wordpress page date not the template builder date – quite annoying as you shouldn’t take wordpress functionalities out!

Templates can be assigned more than one pages. No. There’s a plugin that shows “this page was last updated on xxx”. I put that code in the template builder but it takes the “last updated” date from the PAGE not the TEMPLATE BUILDER page (you link the template page to the wp page). Hence; annoyed!
Yes, this is what i mean. There is no create or update date for a template. Those are just templates and can be used more then one pages. So, just hit the update button of the page also when you want to update the date as well.
