Hi, i tried this code and works well until the page is not set as default “posts page” in reading options on wordpress. When i put this page as “default posts page” it take another template and ignore the configuration of the page visual composer.

Hey there, I’m struggling to get landing pages hosted on convertkit to load through their plugin. It basically just redirects the html/css on the page to the html/css on their server side.
I’ve disabled all other plugins and it still doesn’t work and are in contact with them trying to troubleshoot the issue. We have a few theories we’re trying to test/validate:
1. Theme is interfering with plugin overwriting the html/css 2. Something on the server side of the wordpress host.
If you can comment on the possibility of theory 1 it would really help us troubleshoot this.

I am not sure what exactly you are trying to achieve in this phase.
Our theme only overwrites WooCommerce templates, I think it has not to do with any plugin, however if you can describe in more details what exactly you want to do then I can provide an appropriate answer for you.

You are using an old version of our theme (2.3.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.8), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins

If you want to be informed when we release a new update to our theme, please don’t forget to enable this option:
so when the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.

Your site seems to be under maintenance mode so I can’t see it live but to achieve that effect (to put the video under) you will need to set the header to Absolute in the Page Options below the text area when you edit the page.
P.S. I see that your Support Period has expired, you will need to subscribe for extra months to get support for any item you purchase in ThemForest after the Support Period expires.

I have recently finished a client’s website using this theme. It is a great theme, but when a mobile browser on a phone loads the page, the menu button only displays the cart page. I have tested on multiple devices, horizontal and vertical, and on the front end editor scaing the browser down, and it does the same thing. Any ideas?

What do you mean with horizontal? You want the text to be on the after the photo on the right part, that’s not possible if this is what you want.
If you want to have landscape images then you can only set the thumbnail size from the Theme Options > Shop Settings to large or original images and they will remain landscape.

Hi, we are using this plugin http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619 however when using Aurum the radio button images the actual radio buttonss remain visible, when using the twentytwelve theme they are hidden as the plugin intends.
Can you advise how to hide the radio buttons in urum please as normal CSS is not hiding them?

Hi,
Please visit http://goo.gl/xhCmUR and click on the ‘Door Type’ section. This will expand and you will see 2 images (and by the side the 2 radio buttons that should be hid). If you view this page in twenty twelve, these hide, in Aurum however they remain visible.
We cannot continue to develop the form until they are hid as the layout is not to our clients liking.

Hi. I’m using Aurum and I’m having a few issues. Here is the URL: http://hdtimmons.com/blog/
on the page “The Tale of Tom Zombie”, right under the info blurb with the image of books next to it, I put a Product Carousel (with only the zombie series books to show up), but the carousel isn’t showing.
Also, in the bookshop the last book in the second row isn’t showing. If I remove one of the other books then the last one shows. When I add a book the last book is hidden again. I can’t seem to figure out what the issue is.
