- I added Accommodation including the demo accommodations. When you select hotels you will see all the listed Hotels, but when you select one of the listed Hotels “BOOK NOW” you will see only black page- the hotel will not show. I ve checked the Hotel Page:

Also, I have deactivated every plugin and the problem persist. Any solution will be appreciated.

Hello again, I have been studying new updates and there are things that I was expecting and are not present, like deposit, to take a percent or fixed amount of payment. there are few more issues i will make a list and email to you as soon as i form it. But most importantly, besides earlier topic, If i chose to only use it for reservation, there is nothing like approve booking , its is automatically done, I think this needs to be revised adn to have one or two states, pending, approved, cancel, thanks for your swift response. cheers.
Some things simply did not make this upgrade. We broke the release upgrade, people were upset, and we simply had to cut some features from our todo list.
You are always free to hire a programmer and build on top of our theme to make things meet your specific needs exactly.

It did not make this upgrade. We released a major upgrade 4 days ago however some features simply did not make it this time. We broke the release upgrade, people were upset, and we simply had to cut some features from our todo list.
The homepage search widget asks for check-in and check-out dates for accomodations. The search results after that then also ask AGAIN to “select dates” for check-in and check-out? Is the original search session not saved throughout? What’s the need for this to happen twice? Or am I missing a configuration somewhere?

Hi there, you’ve pushed out a couple of updates in the last few days, but I’m still not seeing this functionality resolved. Do you have any estimate as to when this will be fixed? Seems like a crucial functionality bug that needs to be resolved for this theme to actually work as desired.
This is still on our todo list. We just haven’t gotten around to fixing it. It will be resolved in due time.
It’s the “in due time” part that makes me wonder if my money was spent in vain. A reservation/booking theme where a user is required to enter check-in and check-out dates several times throughout the process doesn’t seem very functional or sensible. If this is going to be a long-term fix, please feel free to frankly tell me not to hold my breath … and I can start looking for alternative solutions elsewhere.
We have a policy of not releasing deadlines. Deadlines get broken and people get upset. Case in point is our big upgrade we released 10 days ago. We were late with releasing it as we simply needed time to properly implement all the new features we wanted to build into our theme. The fact we broke the voluntary deadline we gave here led to accusations, negative ratings, and lots of angry people.
As you can see from our 7000+ comments for our theme we are ever present when it comes to supporting our customers. As you can see from our theme version number (7) we also frequently release upgrades and patch things that don’t work or need adjustment. As you can see from our theme functionality, it is a complex theme with many wonderful features.
So, we can assure you, as soon as this feature is implemented for our theme, we will release it, and you will be able to upgrade your theme.

ok. That is unfortunate! If I purchase the travel theme today, will I get the latest updated version in which the menu bar colour is customizable or should I wait for the udated version be made available via enviato?
The menu color is customizable through your style.css via css rules.
In general, very happy with this theme! But one serious annoyance for us is the inability to precisely control the sort-order for any given set of displayed Cruises, Tours, or Accommodations!
At the very least, it would be very helpful to be able to sort items based upon scheduled-date or upcoming-availability date. (Sorting based upon “last-updated” date is almost meaningless, because making an edit to a low-priority item suddenly bumps it up to the top of the display!)
Better yet, it would be even better to have a numerical “sort_order” field associated with each item, and an option to base the sort order on this field. This way, we could relatively-easily “manually-fine-tune” the sort order exactly the way we want!
We view this as a VERY HIGH PRIORITY feature-request!

Hello, I have a small problem and hoping you can help out. I tried to upgrade the theme through FTE (Binary Transfer) and after the theme was uploaded the site wouldn’t come up again with the Server Error 500. I contacted my host and was notified that the problem was from the theme – This is what they saw:

As indicated in BookYourTravel_WP_Theme.zip/BookYourTravel.zip/upgrade.txt file, you must upgrade the php files in your child theme as well.

No I don’t get any errors, more over I have done update of theme on another clean local installation and same thing happens. Trying to make online copy so I can test there, let me know if any progress regarding the solution for this problem of mine

I found out what is the problem, its a conflict with WPML Multilingual CMS, and I have 4 languages, newest plugin installed.
Wiil try investigate more..check settings and will let you know..
yes, as soon as i have WPML Multilingual CMS plugin installed, and another language setup it does this, on 3 wp installations same.
Also this seems to be an issue just in admin in front end I can see the list of accommodations..

Dear Support Team, we just tested frontend submittion for car rentals, tours.
1. Submit form does NOT allow to setup prices per/day
2. My CarRentals , does NOT allow to EDIT the submitted data
3. My CarRentals , show up listed car rentals with ” Book Now ” button
Exactly the same issue point 2 + 3 we recognized for Tours frontend submittion and management of data .

I’ve tried to make a ticket to the support but it says my purchase code in not right (I have 6 more months to go). I’ve also send an email, no one answered. Please, I need some help with the widgets, it looks like the left-side/right-side widget is not working on the main page, but only in some random page (like cruises).

Hello there, I will add here my first impressions of the “Big Update” 1) All the accommodation and post widgets are gone from the home page. 2) daily, weekly, monthly rentals welcome update but maybe it should be defaulting to daily , since all of the property now are withouts rental format. 3) No accommodations are to be found under create new vacancy, none in the dropdown! 4) same under accommodation booking none listed in dropdown.I have even tried creating new accommodation just to check if it was a bug. I will report more as I discover.

1. In BookYourTravel.zip/upgrade.txt we explain why you have to go to Appearance -> Widgets and readd your widgets.
Due to revised ThemeForest submission rules we had to change the names of all our custom widgets from byt_widget_name to BookYourTravel_widget_name. As a result, existing widget placements were wiped and you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and readd your widgets to your sidebars.
2. The theme defaults to daily. If you don’t set a rental type, it is treated as daily.
3. & 4. Please create a ticksy ticket for this and we will resolve your problem.

Just a reminder, There is no number of people in search option, that was quite an important filter.
The complete list of changes that made this upgrade have been placed in the changelog.txt. Other things didn’t make it this time due to obvious time constraints.

You can have a record of transactions through the WooCommerce Orders interface.
