I like to ask a question ,
I am now building a digital marketplace site , which the core is EDD , and for the user , they upload media by EDD FES , it is great too , but the media picker is still wordpress base one , (upload the media , and pick the media your want in wordpress library) which I don’t like this . Today just saw your uploader theme , I am wondering ,is it possible if your uploader can be merge to a EDD theme ?(not the whole theme ,,maybe just the upload function as a plug-in or core)

You can show subcategories in All categories dropdown but for the tags for you have to modify the theme files.

i have few problems- i) how to update the installed theme to your recent updates ii) i tried uploading it via wordpress appreance> theme upload >upload file but after uploading , i am unable to upload header or any other image to personalise it, same problem occured when i purchased the theme, why yoy guys have locked the uploading feature of header logo & favicon every time when i uninstall and then re install the theme i must beg to you guys to please fix it (last time the support guy told it was a minor bug we fixed it) so that i can proceed & most of the time either the ticket is deleted or unanswered, what is benefit of releasing a new update if bug creating problem in last update is not fixed. iii) what cache plugin should i use w3 total cache is disabled by your support guy because it blocked the functioning of uploader button of homepage. iv) i made the setting in layout appreance with every page will have grid format with 3 columns but it is not working. v) your theme is unique & best on themeforest, i really appreciate your efforts in bringing it to us but why you don’t provide a reasonable support?
Please help me i am really cursing myself to buy this theme because the support is so bad.

Very interested by your theme. Pre-purchased questions : need to embed extern content as iframe (ebooks, pdfs, docs) is-it possible to add this option next to images, videos music menu ? Images files uploaded can they display in gallery ?Thanks for your answer !

You can use iframe code directly into the backend but for frontend this option is currently not available.
With slight modification you can display them as gallery.
why have you guys stopped responding to your support ticket? It’s been over ten days I reported an issue but I am yet to get any response. Hi Your theme looks great but I have a couple of questions for you before I buy it.
1. I notice that there is a download button next below the music player but can’t see any for photos – is it easy to add this option to images.
2. I would like users to upload a jpg for display on the site but also upload a zipped file that contains the image and other versions of it (eps,pdf, etc.) so that when customers click to download the image it actually downloads the zipped file. This is how all stock image sites work.

You can see the changelog.txt and due to some technical reason we put edit feature on hold and it will be available by next week update along with some design updates.

Yes, we are expecting it in next update, the automatically image garbing requires an additional software like ffmpeg required on web servers which are most not available by default but hopefully we will consider it.
