I’m having trouble with the permalinks.
I’ve set the post permalink to be /blog/ post-name /
I’ve set the portfolios slug to be /films/
However, this then changes the portfolio items permalinks to /blog/films/ portfolio-name /
When i remove the custom permalink from the posts section, the portfolios permalink works fine, but I want both, not one or the other.
Have you had this problem before, is it not possible with your theme?

I wanted to ask again about the font issue: I am using Roboto Slab for my website, and I managed to make it thin. The problem is, it shows the font thinner only on Safari, on other browsers it is shown bold.

If you are using the theme Roboto Slab font the weights that are included are 400 and 700. If you want to have the thin versions too you need to add that font to the theme options.

There is a script that does not belong to the theme that is generating a serious scripting error. The error seems to be related with a carousel (probably with the name “slick”) so probably it is related with a plugin.

I can’t answer about that plugin issue, but I doubt that it works when the portfolio items open with an overlay. This is because you have an Ajax call and usually plugins require some tweaks to work in this scenario.

Hi! I was wondering: where can I edit the gravity forms?
Example: in my language there’s a ‘(verplicht)’ visible for required fields. But instead of the text I want to add an * for required fields. I can’t find settings for the form.
Example 2: I want to extend the form with a question to the user. But in visual composer the contact form is totally predefined. Is there a way to edit the form?

Thank you for purchasing! Those questions are more related with the plugin itself than with the theme. You should check the plugin documentation for more info about that, because we are not sure about the best way to do that.
We are more familiarized with Contact Form 7, but the theme is also compatible with Gravity Forms.

Beautiful themes! (just saw Verve as well).
1) Do they come with the “Do you have any questions? ” pop up included? Or is that a plugin i can get.
2) Do either come installed with a Gallery style page as opposed to a Portfolio section. Traditional style gallery that is in that a user just clicks a thumb from say a page of 30 logos and that image pops up with a larger image no text etc.
3) Can Verve have a one page with logo / menu horizontally along the top – like you have it displayed here – http://pirenko-themes.com/verve/previews/

1) No, that is not included. You can get that service at clickdesk.com (there’s a free plan);
2) Yes (on both themes). You can see an example here http://pirenko-themes.com/pulse/main-portfolio-titled/ and any portfolio page can have the lightbox ON/OFF;
3) You can have something similar to that if you you use Coming Soon page template without the counter (then you can add whatever content you want to the page including a menu);

When you activate that option the idea is to have a “blank” page to add whatever you want. If you want to have some sort of sharing feature try adding the Visual Composer page element called Social Networks Links to the page content.

Thank you for you help! Fixed all previous issues, but now I have some new one’s (bulletpoint): 1) when clicking on a slide, that has a link to a project, can it open the project as a thumb? Now it redirects to a projects permalink, which I don’t want to happen. How to solve this issue? 2) When adding the “related projects” block to portfolios, I would like to edit the text in it, but can’t find where the edit menu is. 3) I uploaded only few images for a project, each 600-900kb each, but there is a serious lag happening, it takes a lot of time to load (checked with various types of connections and browsers, the issue is the same). How to solve this issue, maybe there is a different way to upload the images that makes it faster to upload on a browser? 4) I made the menu font thinner, and it works on safari. But on chrome it stays bold. Maybe there is an extra editing menu, where I have to specify the font weight for chrome?

1) We don’t understand what you mean with open project as a thumb. Anyway, when you click on a slider link you will always be taken to the URL that you entered in a “standard” way;
2)You can manage all translations under Theme Options>Translations tab
3) Images with 600kb to 900kb are huge for the web. You should try something like 250kb;
4) Please send us a private message with a link for a quick check. Please notice that different browsers render the fonts in a different way;
