Hi, it’s a customer from Italy. Yesterday I purchased the theme SOUL MEDIC.
There is an error when installing the theme. By wordpress panel I installed the ” soulmedic.zip ” folder, but when loading error appears .
In the mother folder contains 4 folders : 1) demo-slider.zip 2) documentation 3) soulmedic.zip 4) soulmedic-child.zip
“soulmedic-child.zip” folder contains the functions.php and style.css . Usually these files in the other themes are present in a single folder with all the others .
Could this be the problem?

1) If your wordpress uploader does not work. Please connect your server via FTP.
2) Move to folder wp-content/themes/
3) Upload the soulmedic theme files ( the files inside the folder soulmedic )
4) Activate it via Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.

If you have made custom coding changes, then you need to take backup as said in point 2, else you will lose all your modifications. i) Download the theme from themeforest page. ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it. iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already. iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/ vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

It seems that you have already changed the readmore button to your language in the recent posts section of home page. To hide the author section from recent posts, Just add this css code in Dashboard > Soulmedic > Integration > Custom Css.

Thank you for your reply. There are 4 php files in the folder wp-content/themes/soulmedic/framework/headers/: header1.php, header2.php, header3.php and header4.php. Which file shall I customise? If I delete all header2.php, header3.php and header4.php files, the header is not affected. Even if I delete the content in header1.php as well, the header is still not affected. I wish to insert text for phone number and address between the logo and the top menu. How can I achieve that? Many thanks!

No the sticky menu concept in mobile will not work properly, because if you have many menus or submenus, the height of the menus will fully cover up the content section if the sticky menu is enabled. So disabling the sticky menu is the only option for mobile devices.

You need to update the page builder files from our Designthemes Core Features plugin folder.
Download the theme from themeforest page.
Go to theme directory / framework/ plugin / designthemes-core-features through FTP. Remove the folder Page Builder
Upload the new Page Builder folder from the latest version files.

Hello, I updated the plugins, ie siteorigins widget bundle, and now when i edit a page, the layout is messed up, the url and buttons are not showing correctly.? What is the ideal setup so a user can go in and edit a page via the pagebuilder? How can I edit the source or import this into the page builder, as, as far as i can see, its either start from scratch with the page builder, or use html code via the wordpress editor thanks

hello, nice theme, I tried to lg into the support section though and its impossible to make a support ticket. The instillation I downloaded and the sample demo site I have are completely different.
