Hello, make sure you have the latest version running. Visual Composer 4.12 is included in the theme. You can re-download the theme from envato. Thanks
Visual Composer was working on the localhost and it stopped working after moving to the live server. I’m using WordPress 4.2. Also, Visual Composer is not working on the WordPress 4.3. Any fix for this issue?

hello there. i have a little Problem. i dont have the support anymore. it expired. and i have only one question. but there is a little problem with the system. you can check on my page www.fabiodonnarumma.de. If you click on the first Picture of my Portfolio, on the bottom of the image there is normaly the “Prev. Project”Button and the “Next Project”Button. As it is the first picture in my Gallery, there should be the “Next Project” Button and not the “Prev. Project” Button at the Bottom of the image. So somehow it is all mixed up. its not a problem i have. i saw this after purchasing your theme in the demo version too, that the pictures are not in the correct order. Please help me. thats iritating me. and stopping me to promoting my own page.

Hello, the previous project link points to the prev project in chronological order. You can change the labels for these links by opening /include/hooks-config.php and modifying lines 183 and 204. Thanks
Hello! Amazing theme. I am trying to get an homepage with full screen video, and I am using a Hero type of Video but it only accepts youtube videos. Is there any way to use Vimeo as video source? What I’d like to achieve is an Ellen Reeves page like but with Vimeo video.

Hello! Yes it should be possible in page, portfolio or page content. You may want to disable ajax loading for that specific page/post (‘Load this page through AJAX’ set to ‘No’) to allow all the libraries specific to that page to be loaded when the page is loaded. Thanks
Sorry to bother you again, but my product pages aren’t loading on Safari or Chrome (fine on the latest version of Firefox). You can access the portfolio pages from my homepage, but there’s no way for my customers on those browsers to actually select and purchase my products. Not by the menu or typing in the urls either. All of my plugins appear up to date. Please help if you can

Yes, it’s compatible with Wordpress 4.5.3 and it can be downloaded from different locations, as long as you are logged in to your envato account. You must buy a new license for each new project/client you are using Berger for. Thanks
Ok, thank you. One more question, can I modify the amount of boxes by the portfolio. For example, if only have 5 projects i want to show, can I modify the theme to only show 5 boxes?
Yes, just create 5 projects/portfolio items or if you imported demo data delete the extra you don t need.

does your theme fully support WC vendors free and paid plugin to make it into a market place?
We integrated (and tested) the theme with core woocommerce plugin. As long as any other wc vendors plugins don’t have any special requirements to work with, they should integrate fine as well. Thanks
Like holylukee, I also can’t get the visual composer and frontend editor to work. My plugins, WP and theme are totally up-to-date, I tried deactivating then reactivating my plugins, but it’s not working. Any suggestions? I read advice that I should go back to the default theme and switch back into Berger, but I have my whole online store to worry about. (Also obviously tried different browsers and computers). Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

since Wordpress updated to 4.5 I’ve got a problem with the visual composer. It’s not loading the content.

It’s no 3rd party plugin and even in other browsers it doesn’t work.

Visual Composer is on the newest version. It’s just not loading.. No other updates avalibale and everything else seems fine, too.

1. For the Portfolio->No Spaced Thirds, – can I remove the slider at the top?
2. The text on the tiles appears when the mouse cursor hovers over the tile, – is there a way to have the text always displayed?
3. Is there a limit to the amount of tiles that can be displayed on a single page?

2. yes, with a simple CSS instruction added in theme options.

Ok, thanks, just couple follow up questions:
1. Currently the tiles are dimmed when you hover over, – can this behaviour be reversed? I mean the tiles are dimmed by default and when you hover over the overlay disappears?
2. Can the transparency level of the overlay be changed?
3. I ultimately need 3 pieces of textual information displayed on a tile, that being:
- Name (e.g. Mike)
- Date range (e.g. 1 Jan 2015 – 23 Jan 2015)
- Short description (up to 15 words)
Will I be able to do that?
1. You need to add reverse the styles form hover to normal 2. in style.css at line 1542 set the opacity for overlay color 3. this require custom work

I have been running this theme for sometime. The contact form 7 has not been working. I have not been able to receive emails, ever. I have contacted my hosting around 15 times and tried multiple things, still no luck. I have tried pretty much everything I can think of, it has nothing to do with the email as well.
Could I please have this resolved? They say they are sent but they are never received. www.milkshakemodels.com.
