First of all, Google Mobile-Friendly Test doesn’t show if your style responsive or not. It only shows if the style ‘mobile-friendly’ or not and uses private Google evaluation.

Hi, an event index_body_forumlist_body_after is lost (I mean I cannot find it in the theme and it’s critical). Please look for the lost events and fix it. [I am using metro blue] When you can fix it?

It seems to be a third-party extension or custom modification. Our theme doesn’t include anything like that by default. Could you please provide a screenshot of the bug?

I think you can. But you don’t need to create a child theme if you want to modify PHP files – the phpBB themes don’t contain any PHP code inside.
I haven’t tried the latest version of this theme on phpBB 3.1.8, not yet. PixelGoose, do you know if it’s compatible out of the box with 3.1.8? I don’t see why it shouldn’t be, but never hurts to ask.

I purchased this theme several years back when it was relatively new, but then closed the forum on which I was using it. I am opening a new forum, and would like to use the theme, but I have lost the login information for the account which I used to purchase this theme, and the copy of the theme that I have is outdated. Would you accept a copy of the theme as proof-of-purchase?

Did you try to contact Envato support? It would be much better if you try to restore your Envato account. In this case you’ll always get in time the latest updates without having to contact us directly. But anyway if you won’t be able to restore it, I think we could help you.
I contacted Envato support, but unfortunately, I could not provide them with enough information to prove to them that I am who I say I am.

Purchased Metro Blue today and installed it – preview from ACP ‘shows’ new style – how do I get the forum to adopt the style ? It is still using the original pro silver. Read the instructions – am I missing something ?

I am getting no installed styles detected when I try install the style. I am on version phpbb 3.1.7-pl1. I am trying to install the newest version of this style.

Please double check you’re not trying to install Metro for phpBB 3.0. It looks to be the most obvious reason.
I am uploading metro_bw into the phpbb styles directory.
Logged out and logged back in, its now showing.
So a couple of things…
On my Android phone the login on the front page has no function (nothing happens at all) to login I need to attempt to reply to a thread and use the login request that pops up ?
Second thing is in ACP when I click the Extensions tab I get this error message:

Hi, I would like to customised this style, like TOP POSTERS , TRENDING TOPICS, CURRENTLY ONLINE ( Staff members with profile pictures), RECENT THREADS, WHOSE BIRTHDAY TODAY (with profile pictures). This should be done without damaging mobile and desktop layouts. Is this possible ?

Mainly it could be done via adding phpBB extensions (if you talk about phpBB 3.1 version). And you won’t need to ‘damage’ the theme, you may need to add some additional styling for the blocks, that’s all.
